I always get my usual...brown sugar milk tea with boba! But I like the fact that they are consistent with taste. I will get the courage 2 explore the menu, but my drink is good & the staff is great. The boba drink stores in Berks County could learn a few things from here.

I loved their milk tea. The crystal boba wasn’t so much fun but the mocha milk tea and taro milk tea that I had was the best I had ever tasted!!

This is a great place to get boba tea the prices are cheaper here than anywhere else I’ve been, there are many varieties as well! The staff is friendly and kind along with having passion in what they do, I am very satisfied every time I go there I haven’t been disappointed once!

Terrible place for boba, service, management. They short you on orders and refuse to apologize, and obnoxiously blame the driver (who gave photo proof of the delivery). They also unplugged their phone or whatnot so you can’t call to fix the order. Had to drive there personally and they’d give deer-eyed look when asked about the order and the shown the proof. Still then refuse to apologize. Asked for apology and they look as if the concept is foreign. Unbelievable. Would not highly recommend this place.

They screw up orders and blame the drivers. Deny responsibility and refuse apology. Whether or not true, they have their phone either disconnected or disabled so you can't call in. I showed them my phone records where I made 13 calls, but there was no ring. And I dialed the number in front of the manager and he still denies it. As for the quality of their buba teas...made from powders. Will have to pass any recommendations for this place.
