Here's my thing... I can totally understand about being late if you have new employees.... I've ordered from here five times in the last year... All of which were late... Three times they've delivered pizza to the lawn chairs at the back of my house 30 to 40 minutes late when I never said deliver to the back of my house.... The other two times they have not only been an hour and a half plus late but they did it with an attitude.... I ordered the food tonight at 931 p.m.. The only times I order from here is when I'm in a complete pinch.... At 10:04 p.m. I received my 4th and final text stating Alex is pulling up....... I kept my composure till 10:41 P.M.... I then called the company 19 times between 10:41 and 11:17 p.m.... After the 20th call somebody finally answered.... I was told angrily to calm down sir repeatedly...... This place is an absolute joke.... I still don't have my food... I still don't have my money back.... I'm going to go here after work at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow... It's disheartening.... Absolutely disheartening..... Yuck....🤢🤮 This isn't how you treat people.... If you're under staffed... I will understand... Answer the phone and say so.....

You don't put people on ignore and tell them to calm down..... Again still no food no money back....

I order and they took forever than i get there they made me pay and say 5 minutes than i wait about almost 30 mimutes for them to tell me that my order is on the oven. I had to cancel the order and couldnt even get a refound

We ordered two Large Pizzas for delivery Feb 19, 2925, and they arrived roughly around 11pm. The delivery driver in the red vehicle that's pretty loud (Dodge I believe, but could be wrong) was racing around pottstown before delivering our food. We heard his car all the way up until he pulled in front of our house. Both pizzas were slammed and mashed into the box. We called it in, and they offered to replace them with two free pizzas, which is appreciated. Thank you for dealing with the situation well. I will change my review after our next compensated order.

The team you guys had on tonight did a really great job the food was up to standards, great customer service, I don't know who guy you guys had working there with the accent but he needs to be fired. Great jobs tonight to those gentlemen.

I ordered my food around 10 o’clock about 11 o’clock. I realized it wasn’t coming and reached out to the store when they informed me that they didn’t have one of my toppings so they didn’t send my pizza out then they proceeded to say That I was going to be the next delivery so I waited till about 1 o’clock in the morning and never received anything now every time I call nobody knows what I’m talking about And the managers are super ignorant

I called to confirm my order was still coming an hour after the tracker said it was on the way. The worker confirmed it was still coming then 45 mins later the tracker said my order was cancelled. There’s no option to request a refund? I’m so hungry and disappointed.

Food was hot and ready when I came by. My main beef is with corporate, who managed to put me into voicemail-ad jail when I called asking about the coupon I had used on my order which allowed for a free upgrade to large for one of the pizzas, and yet, it didn't provide a mechanism for me to do so.

Corporate let down the team delivering the end product.

I ordered pizza for my son from this location 2 days ago, this was a brand new credit card this was my first charge to the card I only used it to order my son food and then I locked the card and good thing I did because woke up today to someone trying to make a purchase on Amazon. I suggest ordering online and not calling in and giving your card info over the phone. I'll be making a official report.
