This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever visited. Service is horrible, staff is rude and ignorant, they failed at making a simple bagel. Please drive the extra couple minutes to Limerick or just go get Starbucks.
I gave it 3 tries and they failed all 3 times. I would like and will be calling for my money back

This is by far the worst of them all. Charges extra for everything which okay but then doesn't even fill your cup to the top. If I'm gonna pay for extras in my cup I want it to be full. Sent my cup back 3x and still messed it up and I paid extra.

Im not sure if they switched their staff, but i’ve had two bad experiences with them, first time they forgot a whole drink when I ordered at the counter it wasn't even on the receipt, they only put one drink order, They made the drink no biggie, second time my hot chocolate taste like straight old dirty water not even a hint of chocolate, they also gave me a pumpkin donut instead of apple cider after they clarified twice what donut, and that was also at the counter. Food is decent, but definitely will not come back, only certain stuff is good.

The team is extremely nice and if I was rating based off of them as individuals it would be 5 stars. I usually skip this Dunkin and drive to the one 3 miles away in Limerick even though it’s out of the way but sometimes to cut down on drive time to work I need to risk going to this one. Coffee usually tastes like warm water and the food is usually always missing something and or not cooked properly. I believe it to be a lack of training because of how consistent the issues are.

I come hear literally all the time …and I ask for fresh hash browns no reason they should be soft and warm and one of the times they thought it was okay to microwave them they were so nasty it wasn’t even funny tasted like old fries …….I will give praise to the one employee kamal if that’s how you spell her name she always gets my order right……so why am I coming here again on oct 4 for the sameee thing and y’all are still giving me not fresh hash browns and then lying and saying you just dropped them when they are clearly soggy and warm to touch ….I will no longer be coming here because this is absolutely ridiculous

Food was good. There was a little bit of a language barrier. We had asked for avocado toast without seasoning and it came with it. The teen ate it anyway. The guy at the window was nice. It is a little tricky to get in and out of there.

They closed the drive thru during rainstorm forcing customers to park and go in to the store to order
I frequent this establishment daily and recently the quality has plummeted. When you order hot beverage with lots of sugar, you have to end up stirring it yourself just to still find that they didn't add enough sugar. Every bagel comes out cold when you ask for a toasted one. If you order coffee and you end up with beige unflavored water 10 sugars should taste like something. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN ...THIS ONE IS NOT IT

Not much to say here, it's dunkin' donuts. I get my caffeine fixed and if I'm starving and hungover in the morning I'll opt for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on and everything bagel.
