Coffee is almost always made right, food will come out hot, but please do not get donuts. I stopped inside, which I rarely do but the drive through line was onto the street, and the donuts are completely uncovered, there were several flies landing on all the donuts. I understand having a drive through, and not all of that is preventable, but a covered/sliding glass door for food that's sitting out isn't unreasonable. I'm sure it's not just this Dunkin either.

Frozen coffee in the evening at this Dunkin’ is a joke. Like wats the point of “frozen” coffee when it’s not frozen. The middle aged guy makes it completely a mess it’s so loose Nd nowhere near the frozen way it should be compared to when I get it in the morning. This has happened multiple times when this guy makes it.

The girl who runs the drive thru is so great! Always happy and smiling, she makes my day better. Lately the cheerfulness that jumped on me off the drive thru girl is quickly extinguished when I eat my sandwich! I used to get extra bacon considering I don't get egg... NOT NO MO!

Don’t get cold foam, you get less coffee. I understand they make room for it, but this is wild. You have to pay for the cold foam, but end up getting less coffee.

This this is the second time I’ve Had ice cold, snackin bacon handed to me?? It’s quite disgusting that you guys think that’s OK.. Who wants to eat cold bacon? Is that what we’re paying for? They’re nice, but I think it’s kind of crazy that they think that’s OK.

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever visited. Service is horrible, staff is rude and ignorant, they failed at making a simple bagel. Please drive the extra couple minutes to Limerick or just go get Starbucks.
I gave it 3 tries and they failed all 3 times. I would like and will be calling for my money back

This is by far the worst of them all. Charges extra for everything which okay but then doesn't even fill your cup to the top. If I'm gonna pay for extras in my cup I want it to be full. Sent my cup back 3x and still messed it up and I paid extra.
Im not sure if they switched their staff, but i’ve had two bad experiences with them, first time they forgot a whole drink when I ordered at the counter it wasn't even on the receipt, they only put one drink order, They made the drink no biggie, second time my hot chocolate taste like straight old dirty water not even a hint of chocolate, they also gave me a pumpkin donut instead of apple cider after they clarified twice what donut, and that was also at the counter. Food is decent, but definitely will not come back, only certain stuff is good.

The team is extremely nice and if I was rating based off of them as individuals it would be 5 stars. I usually skip this Dunkin and drive to the one 3 miles away in Limerick even though it’s out of the way but sometimes to cut down on drive time to work I need to risk going to this one. Coffee usually tastes like warm water and the food is usually always missing something and or not cooked properly. I believe it to be a lack of training because of how consistent the issues are.

I come hear literally all the time …and I ask for fresh hash browns no reason they should be soft and warm and one of the times they thought it was okay to microwave them they were so nasty it wasn’t even funny tasted like old fries …….I will give praise to the one employee kamal if that’s how you spell her name she always gets my order right……so why am I coming here again on oct 4 for the sameee thing and y’all are still giving me not fresh hash browns and then lying and saying you just dropped them when they are clearly soggy and warm to touch ….I will no longer be coming here because this is absolutely ridiculous

Food was good. There was a little bit of a language barrier. We had asked for avocado toast without seasoning and it came with it. The teen ate it anyway. The guy at the window was nice. It is a little tricky to get in and out of there.
