I have visited this location over the last decade, and didn’t realize I still haven’t written a review!

This location is amazing. The team is kind, friendly, and efficient. Between the old cafe next door to the bigger location (with a drive-thru) currently, this location has always been clean and fast.

Definitely recommend this Dunkin’ - and I’m already looking forward to the next iced coffee I get!

Dirty establishment, poor service, and low quality products. Went in today for two iced teas and they charged us more for less ice. Indian woman, Amy, replied it was more product.. I purchased 16oz of tea, you’re selling me 12 oz of tea and when I ask for 14 oz of tea, you deny me with attitude and illogical comment?! Unreal. Amy responded the cameras were watching - fantastic - my husband and I had this entire conversation on Sunday, September 28th at 10:52am; please review the conversation, reconsider your business decisions, and reevaluate your product because the tea was all water based, see attached picture. We will never go back to this location again and suggest you don’t either!

If im spending $15 for a dozen donuts I expect some cream in the cream filled. I mean seriously? You barely put any boston cream filling in the donut. And the donuts aren't even fresh, they tasted like 2 day old donuts.

Friendly staff, clean location. Had a very pleasant, welcoming experience and highly recommend.

Came in at 10:20am, ordered two ice coffees. The guy popped an attitude asking if I want creamer or not. I told him yes, he than got mad because he had to fix the order. This guy is miserable and definitely needs a change of career.

Kicked me and my family out because of my Dad’s Service Dog, we already showed them our Dog’s ID even the other customers in the store were saying that it’s a service dog. Workers doesn’t seem to know what that is. Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t come here if you have a service dog/animal they show no respect whatsoever.

I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with the service at Dunkin’ this morning. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order for my son’s classroom party, requesting two and a half dozen customized donuts and 50 Munchkins. When I arrived, I was informed that Munchkins were unavailable and that they had been replaced with just one dozen mixed donuts without any prior notice.

This substitution was unacceptable, as Munchkins were a key part of my order. Had I known they were out of stock, I would have ordered from another location to get exactly what I needed. I tried contacting Dunkin’ through the app to request a refund, but I have received no response.

This experience has shown me how poorly this store is managed, and I am no longer interested in giving them my business. I hope Dunkin’ will address these issues to avoid similar frustrations for other customers in the future.

Stop here for coffee every Wednesday morning. It's the only DD on rt100 there than doesn't use super strong tasting iced coffee and they always have donuts when i stop in early.

How great can a Dunkin’ Donuts atmosphere be? Anyway, the staff work hard, sometimes in the early AM your order takes a little longer because they only have one person working there but it’s better than not having anyone working there! ?????? Good workers!
