The service and atmosphere was good but the muffin tasted frozen and as I was drinking my cookies and cream coffee I sucked up a piece of plastic. Had to throw it out after a few sips.

Amazing customer service, I was greeted very nicely. The service was nice and speedy, and overall good vibes! A bit pricey but not horrible

Well we walked in and everyone was talking to each. Didn’t acknowledge us at all. (All 4 of us) finally after just awkwardly standing there for 45 seconds the main girl goes you ready? Like whoa…

We were waiting for yall to finish your party.

She had a snarky kind of attitude. I mean she wasn’t customer service friendly. More like “I been here all day and I’m ready for this day to end” kinda attitude. I felt like I was annoying her by ordering coffee.

Anyway we got 3 coffees. All 3 were absolutely terrible. Like…. Couple sips and straight to the trash. It tasted like olddddd coffee brewed through a shoe, maybe twice.

Go to Wawa. 🫩

I went to get coffee a couple days ango and it was really good, and good service. I went today and
got the same thing but it was way different and the service was horrible. the guy was so rude and ignored me when i asked if he could make it as the picture and he said “some of us make it different”. also, the prices are outrageous, a small is almost $10 which is fine if it is made right and good service but it was neither of those. i don’t NOT recommend.

Went in to ask if the staff knew the location of a specific store and for hot coffee but was unsure what it was called so I just said hot coffee with hazelnut and oatmilk. The 2 girls were extremely friendly and helpful and the coffee was made really well. Thank you for the help & being kind

The drink was AWFUL!!!!! 0/10

The workers are nice, the inside is cozy, but the drinks? Horrible. Every time I go in and order a drink they make it different. Nothing is consistent, their coffee doesn’t taste good, and I just ordered an ultimate cookie chiller and it was all liquid, straight coffee, and they didn’t even put caramel on it. If I’m paying an obscene amount of money for a drink, shouldn’t I get exactly what I’m ordering? Service is great, drinks aren’t.

Came here for some coffee and a hot chocolate and it was a pretty mixed experience. Coffee tasted old and watery. Hot chocolate was pretty decent. I think I would have rather gone to Wawa across the road for much better coffee and hot chocolate. This place made me miss Starbucks being in this location and I'm not even a big Starbucks person.

Was repulsed by how rude the owner was while talking down to his employees. And the amercano tastef like it came from a machine thats never been cleaned

Their sandwiches taste fresh and are packed with wholesome ingredients.

Service was awful. 1 person behind counter and she never said 1 word to me when it was my turn after 20 min of waiting and didn't smile once. she was holding her nose with her sweatshirt sleeve like she had a cold or was going to be sick. it's OK to be short staffed if you back it up with positive customer service. iced latte was straight milk with little ice so not worth the wait. will not go back.

I like their White Chocolate Mocha, both iced and hot. It’s my go-to drink and never disappoints! I haven’t tried much else on the menu yet, but I did give their mango smoothie a try once and didn’t like it much.
