Poor service. Slow and got my order wrong, rude manager.
My wife and I were at the outlets this Sunday shopping, I wanted a coffee. I entered the store, the girl working seemed like she was not happy to be working that day (never said a single word to me). I had never been to that store so I order word of word off the menu what I wanted. I ordered a large Vanilla Carmel Madagascar chiller. The girl didn't say a word she put it in the computer I used my card to pay, after the transaction went through the girl turned and started making the coffee. She sat the coffee on the counter still having said nothing to me or my wife. Upon picking up the cup I felt it was hot. I looked up to say something and she had already went to the other end of the counter. I looked at my wife and said I ordered a chiller and its hot. I went to the sugar station as there was another person behind me deciding there order and sat the cup down, I HATE hot coffee, my wife could tell I was upset and she said she would say something. I turned to look and the girl working was now on her phone. I stood there for a minute, I was going to ask for some ice, but I didn't want to interrupt the girl from her phone. There was another couple coming in the door, I didn't want to waste more time in line. I told my wife forget it and I threw the untouched full cup of coffee in the trash and left the store. That was the first and absolutely the last time I will ever give them any business.

It is a relaxed atmosphere here but the service is dependent upon who is working that day. The one girl with the glasses is by far the most trustworthy with your order

Service is slow; food is greasy and sugary; cappuccino was fine. Frosty drinks are $7 and up. Limited seating and no bathrooms.
Parking: Plenty in the mall.

Never now what time they are going to be open. One very unfriendly barista. Inconsistent.
Long, slow line and only one register open. Goodbye.
I tried a chiller and an iced latte here. Both were tasteless. Felt like drinking ice water. The panini was good.

Stale cookies, everything is overpriced, coffee not that great
Do not go here. My guardian and I had two iced coffees (One iced mocha, one iced cappuccino) from this place and after drinking roughly half of each we both started having intense nausea within a few hours. Neither of us are lactose intolerant nor do we have any health conditions that make us especially susceptible to contaminated food. Additionally, the cappuccino had a strange fruity aftertaste and had little coffee flavor. Otherwise, the service and atmosphere is typical for any other coffee shop, though we did take notice that the staff seemed inexperienced.
TDLR; If you are planning to get coffee here, you are better off saving yourself a buck or two (and the discomfort) getting canned coffee from a gas station instead.

The girl who was the barista today should not work there. She don’t have any knowledge about cappuccino and frozen drinks as well.

Called and asked to speak to Gloria and they told me she doesn’t exist anymore. Meatless tomato sandwich was too tender and garlicky and I almost threw up on cashier barista clerk representative. Staff was so nice. “Coffee” was raspberry milk and had no coffee. Disappointing but I might be back because I self sabotage. My niece couldn’t even finish her blueberry scone, it was so dry. I had to perform the heimlich maneuver.

Nice place but very unimpressed by the coffee. Got a cold brew that was surprisingly weak, and there was way too much creamer. Wont go back.

Very disappointed with the coffee. There was no taste at all. I added an extra shot to a cappuccino because I like my coffee strong but it made no diff at all. Paid $16 for two coffees that tasted like warm steamed milk. The young lady barista was very nice and polite but totally overwhelmed. She was alone doing everything. Won’t be returning.
Was hesitant to try because it’s new, but I loved it!! The staff is welcoming and super friendly! The coffee tastes great, the iced coffee is my favorite, and plenty of food options for all dietary requirements (which I really appreciated!) Would 10/10 go again and would recommend everyone to try Gloria Jeans!
Kid-friendliness: Has many options for kids, such as the Chillers, and has super cute cups for kids!
