Terrible customer service. I ordered a spinach dip with grilled chicken to-go on my lunch break. The guy doesn't respond, and casually starts making a grilled cheese. I was the only person in line. A woman comes out from the back and asks if she can help me. Literally 2 ft. away from her co-worker. I advise that he took my order already. I tell her what I ordered and he catches an attitude because he was preparing the incorrect food. After some brief convo. and riff-raff they prepare my order and she rung it up to be $7 and change, when the dip cost $3.95 and the added chicken clearly states $1.50. I point this out, and she doesn't respond just adjusts the bill and puts the food on a tray. I wanted it to go as originally stated when I ordered to the other guy. She says rudely, "you didn't say to go"... I asked the guy for a container for the chicken to bag it up. He obliges than rudely slams it on the tray and says nothing. On that note, I'm going to head out. "Rudy Huxtable." smh...

Excellent food & service.... Staff was friendly, courteous, and the food was fresh, and prepared quickly...I did the create your own salad, topped with falafel..... Yum!.... Will definitely dine there again... Thank you :)

akimah is the best employee ever! i have never met anyone so sweet in my life. she is almost as sweet as my smoothie! I hope she gets a raise after the great service she has put forth towards all of her customers!

Smoothy was really bad. Lots of ice in it. Salad was overpriced. Ingredients were not fresh. Portions small. Expensive. Hmm... anything else? Oh yea, service sucks. There really is no good place to eat at this outlet. Bring your food in or wait and stop on your way out. Even the fast food places or gas stations in the area are a huge improvement and half the price.

1st visit here was thrilled with the prospect of having a healthier choice ...right up until I came face to face with the woman behind the counter she was older so I will give her extremely slow speed the benefit of the doubt, dropping rice on the counter and next to the heating pots scooping it into her hand and dropping it into my bowl was not, her general surly attitude and permanently affixed scowl were not professional also yelling at the customer in front of me for reminding her she forgot the onions on his order not a good representative for the business .price was pretty steep for what you get (but typical for mall fare) and the food was very bland ....save your time and money and hit up one of the local restaurants around the mall
