Definitely have to post a review for the gem of a spot!! I was throwing the Halloween Party of 2024 and my guests wanted cheesesteak eggrolls. I call 4 other places, 3 of those places said call Ice House Pottstown! So I did, and not only did they deliver on the best cheesesteak eggrolls (fully size, meaty, cheesy) but they went above and beyond for us!! I’d say how but I don’t want folks to take advantage haha but seriously, thank you so much for taking such great care of us, having the food ready and plentiful! So appreciated! Everyone loved the ge cheesesteak egg rolls! (Only a photo is a video grab lol they were definitely gone!)

Chill place with good service. The wings were described as small and mighty on the menu so I knew what I was getting as far as size. It happens I do actually like the small wings even though they aren't as meaty but they do give you 12 and I paid the extra $1 for flats only, which I appreciate the option. Could have used a bit more sauce but I wasn't going to pay an upcharge for that too. I got the spicy buffalo sauce which I really did like although anyone who wants SPICY might be disappointed but it was a true classic buffalo sauce likely made with Frank's Red Hot. Blue cheese dip was good too. The price of the wings was a little more than I'd expect for the area for 12 very small wings even before any optional upcharges. Oh and I did order them well done which I'd recommend if you want them crispy. The brisket sandwich was said to be really good. The pierogi were fine but probably wouldn't get again. Service was quick and friendly during our lunch visit.

Some mean people that left previous reviews mention that this isn't anything to write home about. Frankly, I bet no one at home wants to write them either.
Hoagie and fries were delicious but the guy who packed my order (won't name names but rhymes with Floyd) forgot the ketchup packets :( sigh

I order here a lot. I accidentally ordered a chicken cheesesteak Stromboli instead of cheesesteak. I ordered with extra meat and extra cheese. It’s my fault I ordered the wrong thing but when the driver handed me the box, it weighed less that my wife’s tuna wrap. The Stromboli had less than regular meat and almost no cheese at all. I went online and reordered what I wanted and went to pick it up. I told the girl about the condition of the original order. When I handed her the box she even commented about how light it was. Five minutes later she hands me the new Stromboli. No offer of any credit or anything at all. I paid $50 for two Stromboli’s, one of which was inedible (even if I did order the wrong thing). I’m not ordering from here again.

Decent.. nothing to write home about or talk about. Ceasar wrap was ok, how could you mess that up, decent. Stromboli was mediocre. He didn't finish it at all. It was huge but there were other ingredients my friend was not aware of. Brisket sandwich was decent. And the chicken parm was also decent. If your coming here for decent food and your tipsy, this is the spot. It filled our bellies so it is what it is.

Went here for dinner, I had a cheesesteak with onion ring and a beer. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. If I lived in the area I definitely would be back!
