We just picked up my husbands food. Regrettably, we do not intend to return. Paying $8 for a portion of fries that are comparable in size to a small McDonald's fry is disappointing. Additionally, the order included brown celery (you really didn’t see that? Or you don’t care?) and omitted the cheese Whiz. We advise against ordering from this establishment. The quality has significantly declined considering the exorbitant prices. While we are willing to pay a premium for food, it is reasonable to expect that the portion size and accuracy match the price charged. They won’t let me add pics. I wonder why??

I’ve loved Ice House for over 20 years. IYKYK! #PFA Childhood staple. I usually get their hoagies which I could never finish in one sitting. They’re packed with goodness and mercy and just straight delicious.
This last visit to the area I got their, honey jerk wings (in addition to a hoagie, I’m greedy don’t judge me), Man! Man! Man! Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the deliciousness (gobbled down). This is added to my favorites list. Delicious. See you again soon.

Food was great, but the lady at the counter is absolutely rude. It was genuinely disgusting how she treated me and looked at me. You can tell she hates her job. I wouldve said something, but I dont want anyone to lose their jobs because I understand how it is. But it is NOT an excuse to treat someone WITHOUT respect! Just shameful. Please do better, hire better people. Thank you

Stopped in for dinner after a long day of driving, recommended by a youtuber. Server was friendly and very attentive. Nice atmosphere, small but quaint you can tell this has been a local favorite for a long time. The food was OK, an order of large fries on the medium size, not really for two people. Sandwiches are average, not bad but also not memorable. With tip our meal of one beer, two ice teas, fries with gravy and cheese, and two sandwiches was $60.

Many years ago Ice House was affordable with top quality sandwiches plus Stromboli. Several months ago the business raised prices beyond belief. I don't belief as prices are out of hand. Thanks for the good & affordable years in the past, but the future has changed for me.

Slow Monday afternoon ordered 3 items for takeout recieved the wrong sandwich. I guess 2 out 3 aint bad still its annoying. My fault should have checked everything before leaving. Food was pretty average overall.

Ordered a cheesesteak & crab fries special. Also got a cheese cake & a soda for pick-up. Everything I ordered was there & they even added in utensils + ketchup. I haven’t had the cheesecake yet but everything else was good. Only had 2 issues….. #1 too much seasoning on the crab fries (I believe it was old bay) #2 There was a hair in my extra cheese that they gave me on the side, which was a bummer but I’m just happy it wasn’t on my sandwich. (It was not my hair. Hair found looks reddish & mine is black—see photos attached)
*UPDATE: The cheesecake is to die for 🤤😋 Bravo 👏 👏
