We've ordered from here before without issue until tonight. We place an order for delivery, they confirmed it, then cancelled the order an hour later. We called and they said they confirmed it too early and had too many orders, so they decided to cancel ours. Now it's 1.5 hours later and we have no food. Very unprofessional. This is not the way to treat customers. We won't be going back.

Cute place. Service was extremely slow as they had one girl as a hostess, server, and making drinks. Alot of the food seemed like it came out of a can or microwaved. 7 dollar margs were ok tasting but had little to no alcohol. For the prices they are charging the food should be better. I wont be returning due to food and drink quality and slow service

An absolutely stunning dining atmosphere with a killer margarita menu. The perfect place to get a good drink and a tasty Tex Mex dish. The Flag Trio is delicious!

They no longer want my business. I am not sure what I did. The one waitress seems to not like me for some odd reason. It’s probably not a great idea to have someone serve you food who doesn’t like you, orappreciate your business. I try to support the local places in the area. I’ve been patronizing two other restaurants for many years and have never felt like I did by this business. They don’t seem successful enough to just turn away customers. Honestly, I felt like I was in the 50’s or 60s by the way I was treated. Is this the 21st century? They are not nice people.

Wow...what a disappointment. We went to Juan Carlos Fine for dinner. There wasn't music playing when we entered, but shortly after we entered and sat down, loud country music was turned on. We are not country music fans, plus it was very loud. Since we were the only customers, I asked if they could turn down the volume. It took several minutes until they turned it down.When the manager/waitress came over to take our order, I commented that country was an interesting choice for a Mexican restaurant. She claimed they changed it because customers didn't like the Mexican music. (I found that odd!) I asked if there was any way it could be turned off - we were the only customers. She chuckled. I then suggested we leave, but asked if they really wanted to lose customers over music. She walked away and made a smart comment about "losing customers".We will not be returning.

Wow. Just walked out. Blaring country music and would not turn it down. Had to shout at the waitress to be heard. She said she would rather lose a customer than turn the music down. Bad bad bad vibes.. An "ist" and "phobe" kind of place. Would not trust food would not be tampered with.
