They no longer want my business. I am not sure what I did. The one waitress seems to not like me for some odd reason. It’s probably not a great idea to have someone serve you food who doesn’t like you, orappreciate your business. I try to support the local places in the area. I’ve been patronizing two other restaurants for many years and have never felt like I did by this business. They don’t seem successful enough to just turn away customers. Honestly, I felt like I was in the 50’s or 60s by the way I was treated. Is this the 21st century? They are not nice people.

Wow...what a disappointment. We went to Juan Carlos Fine for dinner. There wasn't music playing when we entered, but shortly after we entered and sat down, loud country music was turned on. We are not country music fans, plus it was very loud. Since we were the only customers, I asked if they could turn down the volume. It took several minutes until they turned it down.When the manager/waitress came over to take our order, I commented that country was an interesting choice for a Mexican restaurant. She claimed they changed it because customers didn't like the Mexican music. (I found that odd!) I asked if there was any way it could be turned off - we were the only customers. She chuckled. I then suggested we leave, but asked if they really wanted to lose customers over music. She walked away and made a smart comment about "losing customers".We will not be returning.

Wow. Just walked out. Blaring country music and would not turn it down. Had to shout at the waitress to be heard. She said she would rather lose a customer than turn the music down. Bad bad bad vibes.. An "ist" and "phobe" kind of place. Would not trust food would not be tampered with.

We’ve had negative experiences here every time we visit. Food quality is mediocre at best. Service is very slow when they are busy. Don’t waste your money. There are much better options in Pottstown.

First time diners - group of 4. The restaurant was not busy at all about 5pm the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Our service was wonderful. In a world where customer service is a vanishing commodity - our waitress was just about perfect And definitely contributed to a nice dining experience. Food was excellent and well presented.

Went for dinner with my daughter and was meeting a friend there. While waiting for my friend I decided to order a drink and was asked for Id(which was fine) I left my ID in the car and said it was ok until I go out and get it. Waitress walks to table across from me with about 4 or 5 women and they order drinks and not 1 was asked for ID. I asked Waitress why was I the only one carded and she's goes "is that a problem" umm yes I'm a 40 year old AA Woman in here and I'm the only one getting carded. She says nothing and walks away. I tell my daughter let's go and I will not be returning. Waitress needs better customer service skills.

The food was good (I wouldn't say great) but the margaritas were on point, some of the best I've had anywhere. Great service and atmosphere.
Food was good, margaritas were good but the service.....that poor server was literally the only person on the floor. He was the bartender, the take out order taker and the table server. He had his hands full! And.....I've never been to a Mexican place where the chips and salsa aren't complimentary...$6....really?

Our server was awesome. The food was not so much. My partner felt the same. She barely ate much of the chimichanga. I left more than half the beef enchiladas.Being charged for using a credit card was a rude surprise.

Waitress was terrible.. most Mexican restaurants offer chips and salsa not this place my friend got there at 5:30 was not even offer water.she was seated at an outside table and Order an appetizer and a drink I get there at 5:58 and all she had was her drink that she just gotten .. waitress comes back at 6:05 with appetizer ask me if I wanted a drink I ordered a drink said she come back out with another plate never did.She comes out with my drink at 6:25 ask if we would like to order food we did not at this point we wouldn't get out food til 9:00 so we said we would like the check.. another 20 mins go by no waitress so we put what we thought everything cost on the table under the menu and left and went to JJ Ratigan and brewing company a couple doors down much bettet place.. my friend realized she left her phone so we went back the waitress try to say we skip on the tab I said no we didn't you never came back so we left the money under the menu.. she found the money all of a sudden.. The manger said we were short by $3 told him what happen and that we paid what we thought it was and he said ok well lets just call it even and you can take your phone hahahaha we were gonna take the phone anyways buddy and maybe should train your waitress who was not pleasant at all the entire time we were there. Mind you they were not busy at all maybe 2 tables besides us outside... Never will go back there again

OK let's get a few things negative out of the way. Most places when you come in have chips & salsa, and none was offered. When attempting to seat us there was about 10 empty tables but 1/2 of them had not been cleared. When we did order the pineapple guacamole it had zero pineapple (server took of bill after a few mentions). When getting our check there was a 3.75% credit card fee (?).Ok the good stuff, food was very delicious & flavorful. Atmosphere was very nice & relaxing. $7 Mango Margaritas were delicious. Our server was friendly.All things being said it was a nice date night dinner with my wife. Willing to come back, when in Area, not exceptional but not awful.

All around 5 star! From the chips and salsa with flavored margaritas to the churros our dinner was amazing. The churros were literally the best over ever had. Our server was extremely nice, drinks were perfect, and the atmosphere was great!
