We ordered half rack of ribs for lunch - we love your ribs!! Not this time They definitely did NOT fall off the bone. We felt they were prepared the evening before and reheated for lunch, they tasted ok but very tough. . .

This was my first time at this restaurant, it last min and decided to go, the food was Nasty and the service was exactly great. I ordered only a few things and was with 3 other people. Food was very salty and the chic fingers was not cooked well.. Will be my last time a waste of $

Food very good. My daughters steak over cooked. Manager stopped at our table to ask how everyone's food was and immediately noticed steak was overcooked. They had a new steak at our table within 10 minutes. We have been to his location several times and food has always been excellent. If its not right they will make it right. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a great tasting steak and sides. Service great for how crowded the restaurant was.

I have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant and recommend it whenever possible, but this one in particular was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, the host (who appeared to be the manager) didn't even look up to greet us or say that he would be serving us shortly. After a few embarrassing minutes, a waitress who noticed what had happened came over and showed us to a table. Never, in all the restaurants I have been to, have I been to such a dirty and poorly maintained establishment. Food was spread all over the restaurant, tables were dirty or cleaned with dirty cloths, leaving trails of dirt on the table, benches were covered in food scraps, and the carpet had several stains, revealing that it had not been cleaned and/or washed for a long time. I went to introduce the restaurant to my girlfriend and I regretted it! The waitress was very kind and professional, but it was clear that she was embarrassed to be serving in such a filthy place!

Very disappointing experience today at Longhorn. My burger was over cooked and dry, the fries were overloaded with salt, the chicken tenders were about the size of a chicken nugget.
We sat at a booth, it smelled like wet paint or something because they stained the wood earlier Today,
LongHorn Steakhouse always delivers when it comes to quality and flavor! The steak and ribs were absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with mouthwatering flavor. The service was just as impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure everything was spot on. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal or just looking for a great dining experience, LongHorn never disappoints. Highly recommend!
