Not sure if anyone else experienced some weirdness when ordering...it comes off as if someone is deliberately making the orders more expensive and voiding the faux transaction for the real order then pocketing the difference. If not, I would see no reason that thier printer would not be printing, unless the ink dwindled from over processing...an easy check would be to look at the receipt Machine if the ticker is double the sales then there Is foul play. I'd avoid this McDonald's until it's resolved. Simply put a penny stolen from 1 million adds up quickly, so these dollars here or there amount to a lot.

I ordered my food through the KIAS . I stood at the counter waiting for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to pay. Some person asked me if I was being helped I replied I am waiting on #71. He asked the cook so you have 71 cooking she replied no. I said I am out of time . He replied you to pay $7.81. I said I am out of time she hasn't even started making it
The counter insisted that I have to pay after standing at the register for 15 minutes . I was out of time I left I'll never be back .

Placed a order for pickup got my food i order two breakfast sandwiches wich should have had folded egg i get home and guess what they have the wrong egg on them. I was not told that this was changed or that they ran out of folded egg this is ridiculous

Use a different McDonald's if you need to order what is supposed to be fast food. The customer service at this store is horrible. Their employees are rude and lazy, they should not be in the customer service industry.
Every single time my family orders from here, something is missed in the bag. Every single time. It’s to a criminal level of theft at this point because there’s no way it’s happening to just me considering it happens with every order. It’s intentional. I firmly believe the location owner directed this to make more money because, like I repeatedly said, something is missing from EVERY ORDER. What’s odd is there is NEVER EVER an extra item but literally every time we order a sandwich isn’t in the bag. Yes, we could go somewhere else, I wish we would but we have little kids and McDonald’s is their favorite place. Why can’t they put all the food on the slip into the bag?

This McDonald’s has really bad service. I went with 4 of my friends they messed up 3 of our orders. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and I got no bacon on my burger. I gave it back, they took 15 more minutes to give me another one and the one they gave me had only 1 piece of bacon. Fries were cold. I ordered an orange Hi C and I got an orange Fanta instead, it took another 15 mins to get me the right drink. Overall just a really bad experience
