The manager Tom was very thoughtful and replaced my daughter's cheeseburger with a new plain ? even though we forgot to order it that way. He even brought the new food personally to our table!

A brand new store recently rebuilt from the ground up. Nice and modern inside with ample seating. My only complaint is this store has no filling station for drinks. All the drinks are filled from somewhere behind the counter and thus one cannot get a refill on drinks!! Not good McDonald's!!!!

I personally gave a specific order and employee typed it down something else you gave me the wrong order refuse to give me my money back and I still had to order the missing order Also stuff from my order was missing and poor service to customers

I used to work here. A woman named Adina who has dreadlocks in her hair was harassing and threatening me when i was a minor(17). She is a grown women who likes to target and harassing minors and pregnant women. When you are minding your business, she will come up to you and just yell at you out of nowhere infront of other employees and customers. Complains about the small things just to harass you, since she likes to threaten young individuals and needs to be put in jail. she can not work with teens. It's constant. No one at the job defends you, they just stare, don't do a single thing and ignores it. even the rest of the managers.

We stopped here to get a quick meal on the way home. When we got home I opened my filet box and saw that it was just thrown in the filet and was almost completely off the bun and the cheese. Basically it was a complete mess. I had to put it together in order to be able to eat

Two stars because the fries were hot and the girl who takes payment at the second drive-thru window is unfailingly polite. Nighttime order taker (9:30 on Saturday 2/17 if you were wondering) sounds entirely miserable, as if the notion of providing quality customer service has never occurred to him. If you don't want to work and you cop an attitude when you're called upon to serve the most basic function of the position you were hired for, why even bother having a job? I worked the DT for McDonald's all the way through high school. It's really not that hard.

I think it's a clean store. Stable quality around the world! Compared to Japan, I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a teriyaki burger, but the burger was delicious! Excellent speed too!
Got a bacon McDouble last night and somehow it was the best McDouble I've ever had. The bacon with freshly cooked and it just slapped. Good work, McD's peeps ?

I believe some employees need to be retrained cause they don’t know the difference between a bagel sandwich and a McGriddle (big difference in my opinion). How do you screw that up placing in a bag with the EXACT sandwiches on the receipt on it ?♀️
