Ordered a somewhat large order on the app. Arrived to the counter and part of it was packed. 45 minutes later when the rest of the food was cold they finished it. Unbelievable. What a joke of a franchise location

Went to get take out, and pulled up to the second window, no one was there so I thought I needed to pull ahead. When they did bring my food out, the one guy had said with an attitude to stay at the window next time and he rolled his eyes at me. I have no issue pulling up to the window but no one was there, not even someone letting me know it would be a few minutes.

I just ordered, at 1045PM on 09Nov, a double quarter pounder deluxe from the drive thru. Got home. Opened the container. SURPRISE!!! Instead I got a plain burger.... ONLY a bun and a cold piece of meat. Thanks a Lot Pottstown McDonalds!!! You had one job!
I go in for a nice take out dinner. I order and wait and get food like normal but on my way home I realized they forgot my sprite which I paid for! By then it was too late so I went home and tried to enjoy the rest of my meal but when I opened my quarter pounder WITH CHEESE. IT DIDN’T HAVE ANY CHEESE! IT SAYS “WITH CHEESE” IN THE NAME! I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS!

Came by this McDonald's after a few months and wow has it gone downhill. First off my double QPC was barely what I would consider cooked. Very pink which I've never had at any other McDonald's. Not to mention the place was dirty, but that has to do more with clientele, lots of "rowdy teens" and "future lawyers, doctors, and astronauts" you know the type. Overall 3/10 you'd be much better off going to Harold's
