First time ordering the Monster Cheese Steak. Waited about hour 30 minutes to get it. But it was worth the wait and the roll was excellent. A crappy roll will ruin an steak sandwich. Will be back soon.

Middle/Low grade pizza and fried items. Not sure if I caught them in a bad mood but the woman basically took my money, handed me my change and walked away without saying a word. Gave them a few chances but not going back again, even for $10 pizza it was low quality. Hope something changes for the better.

I was really looking forward to having Mike’s Brick Oven in Pottstown tonight, but my experience was disappointing. I called at 5:30 PM to order two monster cheesesteaks, and was told it would be ready in about 35 minutes. I showed up at 6 and it wasn’t ready….I sat and waited and watched people come in, order 2 pizzas and leave before me. Unfortunately, it’s now 7:00 PM and my order still isn’t done. I’ve been here for an hour AFTER the time they told me to arrive.I went to the counter to ask why it’s taking so long and the counter person did not care- wasn’t apologetic or anything. I understand places can get busy but I’ve seen them busier on a Wednesday night whipping things out faster. Some extra customer service aka even a smile would have been nice knowing how frustrated their customer was. Hopefully, they can improve because the food has a great reputation, but the service tonight was terrible.

Great daily specials and I love the staff there especially Shannon. I come back to Mike’s because of her excellent customer service. Every time I have guests or family over from Ny and new jersey I always have them try Mike’s because I know they’ll love it.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I spent close to $90 for 2 pizzas, a cheesesteak, and an order of onion rings. I was waiting for close to 2 hours for my food... meanwhile, people are walking in placing orders at the counter and getting them ten minutes later. Completely unacceptable. Once I finally got the food and brought it home. It was half cooked and unappetizing. The kicker is this is the second time this has happened. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Never again. I was offered a coupon for a discount off my NEXT order. Laughable. Why not refund THIS order? It was under Elizabeth.

Mike’s catering saved my nephew and his two friends graduation party. A girl I work with suggested them to me. I called Thursday afternoon, and they were able to cater the party that very Saturday.
The food was amazing. We ordered their Mac n Cheese, Beef brisket, meatballs, stuffed shells,, Caesar salad,Italian bread loafs, fruit tray and the most amazing cheese cakes, three huge trays of all different toppings. My most favorite, were the strawberry cannoli’s. It was a bit pricey, but considering they did it last minute it for us, and delivered everything, on time, well I will definitely use them again!!! The food was delicious and there were no left overs.

Shannon is absolutely amazing, also got to meet the owner. Being gluten free and after eating the pizza i now have a new spot i feel safe to eat at. Owner also said needs just a little notice and can do basically anything i want even pasta gluten free which we do not get much of in the area. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We tried the Jersey Junkyard Pizza 🍕 last night and it was really, really good! No leftovers, so you know it was good! The price was right too....those specials are great!! Great job Mike's!!
