Arrogant staff. I think the entire staff working at 8:00 on Saturday November 9 2024 should be fired. Unorganized and dirty looking staff. I am going to urgent care after this to get checked for some version of hepatitis

next time can you please put more onions and cabbage in my noodles? there really wasnt enough. i really like my noodles most when theres atleast 60% sometimes 70% cabbage and onions. this time it was only 50% cabbage and onions. Honestly you should just call the base cabbage and onions. dont even mention the noodles.

Asked for extra teriyaki sauce and was told no I didn’t need more. I will not go here again until this is resolved of having shitty staff. When the store opened u got 2-3 packs now ur lucky if u get 1 very poor service.
Management needs to reach out immediately I’ve called the store and nobody answered

First time going to a Panda Express and it was great! The woman at the counter provided excellent customer service while training a staff member (as well as the gentleman who was being trained!) The food was great considering it was 9pm, very fresh. The inside was also very clean and modern which is just an added bonus. Will be returning.
It’s always something. They mess up your order, you wait forever, food is good sometimes, sometimes it’s bland and soggy. I want to like it so bad, but never a good experience.

Fake imitation attempt at Chinese food. I was looking forward to going there for over a year. I was so disappointed. I will never go back!
Food is great! I ordered delivery and the food was hot and fresh. Glad I didn't listen to the neg reviews, sometimes I wonder if it's competition leaving those. Either way, I was very happy with the food quality and taste!

Please train the employees better when fulfilling pick up orders. The last 3 visits I saw my food get placed into the styrofoam trays, then left on the food line for 10 minutes (no exaggeration), then placed into a bag to be handed to me.
There is no reason for the food to sit for 10 minutes getting cold while the employees just stand there doing nothing.
I don't think I will return given the issue continues a year later.

I wanted to try a new dish from this spot. I've tried this restaurant but a different location. This time, I tried grilled teriyaki chicken and walnut shrimp with a base of half chow mein and fried rice. Very good. The staff was very busy and nice. They were so busy while i waited for my food a staff member gave me a cup to get a drink. Very nice.
