While the Panera food is always the best this review is specifically for the service given at this location. I placed an order here by mistake instead of a location close to my home. The order was ready for pick up when I realized the mistake. I called the store manager and just asked her to take care of the food so that it doesn’t go waste. Instead she gave me a full refund. I was not expecting this and I truly appreciate the gesture. Thank you Panera and the people involved !

Dry expensive hospital food. I actually can’t believe how expensive the food was here for what you get. Go to Chipotle right next door for 7x the amount of food per dollar.

Let me start out with I do enjoy Panera. One of my favorite spots to eat. Fast food with a fresh feel. Most days I also love the drive thru, but these last two times it has been a different experience. People are super nice. But the wait…. They need to come up with another system. I ordered my drink thru the app and went to pick it up. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. One suggestion would be for larger drive thru orders, which were the two in front of me, have them pull up to a spot while they wait.

The food is so inconsistent which doesn’t make sense for a chain. This was the avocado toast I got this morning, criminal 😅
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location, which I have visited twice. On both occasions, my order was prepared incorrectly, with my most recent order missing the extra arugula I requested on my fromage croissant toast. Despite my reluctance to engage in conflict with the staff, I was disheartened by the poor service, particularly given that I had tipped on both visits. As a result, I have decided to cease my patronage of this establishment. Furthermore, I will be canceling my Panera bread membership, which I had signed up for on the same day I placed the order, as I no longer wish to support a business that fails to provide accurate orders.

I asked an employee how long my order would take, she thought I left and started badmouthing me. I stepped up to say something and the employee yelled at me and told me to step outside if I had a problem. Not sure why she was so escalated.

Everyone here is very friendly and the food's pretty good! They always have wifi and outlets available and there's plenty of good spots to sit and work if you bring your laptop.

The last three times i’ve ordered they either messed up my order or completely missed an item from my order. While the app compensates for it with a voucher, i wish they could just give a cash refund since the next closest location is not very local. I got delivery today because I was sick. Paid closer to $6 for a drink just to never get it delivered. The time before I didn’t get any chicken in my apple chicken salad. Highly disappointed and will likely not return to this location. I’ve never had so many issues ordering food from anywhere else as I have from ordering from this specific Panera location.
