I ordered pizza around 10:18pm 11-21-24 the pizza was 23$ for the one box. When the pizza arrived it was warm almost cold I didn’t make a big deal. That was until my 12 year old got a slice and spit it out because she said it felt like gum. To my surprise, it was raw dough undercooked this was the nastiest pizza I ever taste in my life. Instead of being refunded, they gave me some type of guarantee which is they make you another pizza and deliver it for free but the whole thing is it’s not free. I still have to pay and why would I want to eat another pizza from a restaurant that served me raw food to began with.

The manager of papa johns and the workers are outstanding my family have been displaced by the hurricane and we had no idea what to do because we are so tight on our budget and today it was like a God sent us an answer to our prayers. What a great place and people to help in need of food or just to hear us out they helped to jump our vehicle and fed us they need to be on the highest top list from food to a great amazing staff and service. Highly recommend and Papa John's is the best. God is good. Thank you to all the staff and the papa John community. God bless you all!!
Every time I order pizza from here I order extra garlic sauces and 9 times out of 10 I don't get them. I usually don't call and complain but tonight I did because it's literally the past three times I haven't gotten my extra sauces the man I talked to I'm assuming it was the manager apologized and was extremely nice. He offered to either have the driver come back around with the sauces when he got back or offered me a free pizza. I ended up having to run out to the store so I said that I could just swing by and pick up the extra sauces and he said that would be okay he'd have them ready for me and even offered to reimburse me for my entire order, which he did. I really wasn't expecting an entire refund, but he really owned up to their mistake and tried to rectify it , which is something not a lot of businesses nowadays due
