Was referred here by multiple people. When you think great Italian food you don't think Pottstown, no offense ha. This restaurant at first impression is gorgeous. They have outdoor seating. It's in a shopping center but feels very welcoming and charming. Service was great. The restaurant was packed yet seemed very chill and running like a well-oiled machine. Food was awesome. Bread basket was unique in that it had 2 thin slices of warm tomato pie that were some of the best I've ever had! Caesar was great, side of fresh pasta and robust gravy. Had the veal Milanese which was cooked to perfection and very crispy. Only thing was maybe the bruschetta made it a tad too tart, maybe also put too much lemon. Nonetheless, it was really good! Definitely coming back!

Once the Italian restaurant you grew up with closed their doors forever, you start looking for the next best thing. Folks, when I tell you that you need to order take out or grab a seat at Piccolo Mondo for an incredible homemade Italian meal, do it between Sunday and thursday! Friday and saturday, they are packed! So there has to be a reason for it! Twice now, I've ordered the penne and vodka sauce and the ravioli with red sauce for their dinner for 2 special, which came with either a garden or ceaser salad and an order of breads. Both times, the red sauce took me back to being 12 years old again without a care in the world. The cheese ravioli were perfect. The penne with vodka came with chunks of crispy pancetta & crisp peas & the fresh made vodka sauce was delicious! A previous purchase from their Italian market, located close to the restaurant, of the frozen vodka sauce took a while to thaw in fridge before I heated up and was not as great as their fresh sauce, but I'm most likely the extenuating factor affecting quality. Each time I ordered take-out, both the inside and outside were very busy with servers maneuvering the dining room like masters. My order each time was ready and waiting & I was greeted promptly and checked out and on my way quickly, despite the obvious hustle and bustle of a busy dinner rush. Dinner arrived home hot without a need to reheat & definitely plenty for lunch leftovers or a midnight snack. They sometimes have live entertainment there also... Great local family business with authentic Italian cuisine. Mangia!

It was a fun family, friendly Italian restaurant with classic homemade pasta and meat dishes. I didn’t find the menu all that inspiring. The service was OK, but it took a long time between courses. They had run out of some of the ingredients for our salads so I was disappointing. The pasta is fresh cut and should’ve been delicious but it needed to cook a hair longer. I am Italian and I understand what al dente is, but this was just slightly raw. My leftovers were better because they cooked a little longer.
All in all, it’s a decent restaurant if you’re not looking for anything out of the ordinary, but as excellent Italian restaurants go, I’ve had better.

Connor Durante is epic, he was there and he brought a better atmosphere then Jupiter, if he was a part of the atmosphere he would be the biosphere because he was so lively. Would recommend the chicken piccata it’s the best I ever had! Went on a Thursday night and not too crowded.

This place has some of the best food around. They are an Italian family and they always do a great job with service and the food is delicious. We go as a large party of over 20 and also as just a couple and it's always great.

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and it was a huge disappointment. We waited 29 minutes for sodas, that were flat and undrinkable when they arrived. We could sympathize with the fact that maybe they were just slammed. Our waiter was just a kid and very sweet, so we didn’t give him a hard time. We watched the manager go around to every table around us to check on them and totally skipped ours - unacceptable.
Food was fine, overpriced and absolutely not worth that experience.

Drunken Chicken Parm is the best I ever had. Bruchetta, Burrata and Antipasta appetizers are delicious too.
