This Popeyes has seriously taken a downward turn as of late. Of course, it’s Popeyes so my expectations are well-managed, but it seems like the employees/management are getting away with not trying anymore.
I’ve ordered the ghost pepper wings multiple times, and they’ve come with seasoning only on one side, lazily and haphazardly coating the wings AFTER they’ve been cooked (which leaves them not spicy in the slightest). I’ve ordered the spicy chicken sandwich multiple times, and the employees seem to refuse to make spicy mayo; they just put plain mayo on the sandwich.
I’m sure I’m not the only one that has dealt with this, and I can confirm it doesn’t make a difference whether you go in person or order online (I usually go in person, but have DoorDashed a handful of times). It wasn’t like this roughly a year ago, I don’t know what changed, but now I don’t even consider going to Popeyes anymore after about 5 fails in a row, even if I am craving it—because I won’t get what I want anyway.

Popeyes is great, I was able to get on their app a free 3 piece tender and went there while they had the fazbear meal for just 12$ I was able to get 3 biscuits, 6 tenders, and some cheesy bites, nothing really beats that, it was great and delicious.

Inside closed at 9:23 tried picking up a mobile order inside when the door says it closes inside at 9:30. Guy told me use drive thru. Scraped my car REAL BAD!!!!!! Thanks. Carlos.

The food quality at this location varies considerably. Sometimes its pretty good, but the chicken is just as likely to be mushy and lacking in flavor. The drive-thru is the slowest way to get your food here. I once waited 45 minutes in a line of 6 cars. We finally stopped going to this location.

Food at this location was fine, but witnessed disturbing interaction where a customer came in for something missing from an order and employees were unnecessarily rude about it. Turned into a screaming match between customers who were waiting to order and the person trying to fix their order. Will not be returning.
