I called several times after ordering online there’s no way to substitute. no answer then my door dasher tried to help me and they said it was too late to change it . I keep having problems with this store.

Went for fish sandwiches which were pretty good—better than other fast food fish. Got a couple sides which seemed really small for the money. Service was great considering the could use more help.

Ordered through doordash and twice they didnt give me the chicken in the 2piece chicken combo. DoorDash wouldn’t give my money back the second time. Also had drinks missing before.

Picking up from the drive through we still have items missing, cold food, and raw food. This is an awful location and definitely the worst fast food restaurant in Pottstown if not the worst restaurant.

By the way, I noticed all of the bad reviews on here are from Door Dash orders. You would think they would pull their store from Door Dash or make an attempt to do better. They clearly have a general manager who does not care or is unqualified. I would love for them to respond to this!

Chicken was freshly cooked, but we waited almost 35 minutes in the front of the store for it, while drive thru orders, and pick up orders were prioritized. Staff was friendly but the wait time was insane!!

This is now the 2nd time i have went to this place because I am tired of the other fast food and they have forgotten something. This time the side mash. I called and gave my order number and the guy goes "are you sure?". Yes, because i wanted to take MORE time out of my day to call you guys to chat.

Literally took two hours on a combo that had two sides. They didn’t give my driver my drink. They were out of the sides I ordered and was charged more for, asked to replace with fries and they only gave me one when I had ordered two sides. I love Popeye’s just not this one.

Customer service is terrible. The wait in the drive-through was 20 minutes. The server asked me three times what my drink was. They forgot my dipping sauce and napkins.

How corporate hasnt shut this location down baffles me. Soda machine permanantly broken,food always barely warm even if eaten right away. Fries look like ran over garbage. Employees always look bothered to do anything. Can pottstown inspectors finally shut this place down and build a five guys
