Ordered four wings paid around $15 bucks. How come chicken here is more expensive then any other popeyes I've been to? A time before this I was in a rush and thought my order was a tad bit expensive when I ordered two breast and two wings for nearly $20 bucks make it make sense.

It never fails that we are missing items… and when I arrived the woman at the counter looked so miserable and couldn’t even be bothered to look at me and speak…. If you contact customer service you get a crap point added. I already decided this might be our last time ordering. As a restaurant key manager it’s honestly disgraceful how horrible the service and food accuracy is. Management should be overseeing and double checking. It was dead inside … no excuse for that at all

Absolutely atrocious service. They take about 10 minutes to just get a sandwich and fries, only to forget your fries and give you 2 orders of coleslaw. I've been to this one several times, in hopes of it getting better, but it seems to only get worse and worse. And if there's more than 1 car infront of you, forget it... You might as well pitch a tent to wait.

I really don’t know how this location is even still open. We’ve tried them several times again recently and they never have their promo items available, you have to wait 15+ min for regular chicken to be made, they’re ALWAYS missing half our food when they give us the bag, and the food we do get isn’t great quality anyway. It’s always overcooked and dried out. With how expensive everything is now, the least they can do is give you everything you pay for. You spend a half hour in the drive thru waiting for the food to be made and then having to ask them for the rest of it anyway. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely disgusting!! They ran out of basically everything on the menu except for regular chicken sandwiches, fries and regular tenders. The biscuits were burnt to a crisp, there was multiple strands of hair in my fries and overall, really unsanitary and gross. I don't recommend going to this location. We had to wait for burnt biscuits to be made for almost 15 minutes.
