Waitress was great but kitchen is terrible we waited over an hour when tables around us that were seated after us ate! We were told there was a big party and the kitchen was overwhelmed! Then food came and lobster was inedible, rubber! The best part was the manager never even bothered to come over and apologize or offer anything! Our great waitress took care of deducting the meal! Will never go back there!

Did take out. The quality of both meals was mediocre at best. Food lacked flavor and the portions of the sides were weak. Clearly Red Lobster has decided to lower quality and quantity to increase profits. I thought the new CEO would make things better, not so much. One positive order was ready for pickup on time.

People here are just mean and I once went In and waited 25 mins for help while they sat other people like I wasn't a paying guest and all I did was go to the bar to ask a question then as I left I was a bit upset at the service on the phone with my wife and one of the managers kept me from closing my door to ask me what was wrong but didn't bother with me while I was being ignored in the store

I was really disappointed with my experience at Red Lobster in Pottstown. Our host, Amber, took an unusually long time to bring us drinks and rolls, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. What really stood out, though, was her unprofessional behavior—she sat across from my table with another customer and openly talked about how customers who don’t like her service should just go to McDonald’s. On top of that, she was speaking negatively about a coworker. It was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience that made the meal far less enjoyable. I expect better service when dining out, and this definitely missed the mark.

Came In to enjoy Valentine’s Day❤️ They were a bit packed inside & Slammed with online orders. I came in & asked for a table for two. The women at the front said we are not taking walk ins only reservations. I left I tried to do a reservation online but it wasn’t working(‼️There were plenty of time slots available for reservations‼️), I called the store to make one and the same woman picked up I said I would like to make a reservation. She says ummm tonight I replied yes, she then said we aren’t taking reservations and hung up. I waited outside and then called literally a few minutes later I said I would like to make a reservation for two, she placed me on hold and hung up in seconds. I called back immediately & a man answered the phone I said hello I would like to make a reservation for two at 9 and he had my reservation booked in seconds📞 💻 . When I came in for my table the same lady was there and she had an attitude. (‼️Also We weren’t the only people she said this to another pair of two came in with same issue. The came back at the same time we did‼️). We finally were seated our waitress was great and super nice also very attentive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Biscuits were fresh & Delicious our food was a bit of wait but came out hot so I’m not mad at it. However I am highly disappointed with how I was spoken to at the front and treated I didn’t feel welcome at all the energy was not what it should have been no customer should have to feel unwelcome and be mistreated. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

We visited Red Lobster on Valentine's Day, expecting a wait, but our experience was disappointing. After a 1.5-hour wait, our waitress was hard to find. We asked for our salad with the appetizer, which never came, and it took 45 minutes for our main meals. When we inquired about the salad, the waitress cited a long line of customers as an excuse. She also forgot my daughter’s lobster, forcing me to give her mine instead. To top it off, I never received the drink menu I requested. After driving 40 minutes to dine here, we will not be returning to this location.

Arrived at 8:45pm on a Monday while they close at 10. Multiple members of staff walked past us. Waited for 15 minutes with 0 service and left. 0/10 worst dining experience in years.

No wonder this place is never busy anymore. Wasn't greeted at the hosts desk or asked how many was in our group, it was just a "you can follow me" and turned around and started walking. Our waitress was very nice, but the food......good lord. The stuff mushrooms were terrible, worst stuffed mushrooms I ever had, and I've had stuff mushrooms from a gas station, lol. The cole slaw tasted and smelled like it was 2 week old garbage, I spat the one bite I took right back into the bowl. The "new" lemon basil Mahi wasn't terrible at least, but what a weird flavor combination, it didn't pair well with the fish. I scraped the basil off (and I love basil). The only reason I went to Red Lobster in the first place was because my mom had gift cards to use up. I definitely won't be visiting this Red Lobster again, it's been well over 12 years since I visited the last time. I can go the rest if my life never eating at a Red Lobster again. The quality has gone down so much. I remember when you would walk in there, people would be at the bar, waiting for a table, there were 3 total tables with customers dining there.

I was very upset to see how far Red Lobster has fallen. It's always been a place where I could get a good meal...but that apparently has changed. After taking my daughter here for lunch we were both disappointed in the food. The soup was watery....my pasta dish was watery, and my daughter did not like her Lobster or steak. I almost felt like it was trying to go out of business. Sad to see.
