Arrived and was told 30 minutes wait, waited 45 minutes and was finally seated, ordered food right away, took over an hour to get our food, waitress said there was some issue in the kitchen area, forgot my friends lobster tail with her surf and turf meal, all our food was not that warm or cold in some cases. Haven't been to a Red Lobster in a couple years and things have changed for the worst. Higher prices, smaller portions, food quality way down. Sorry don't know if I will be back and this chain will probably go under soon.

The service was great. Our waitress was extremely patient with our kids. My only complaint is the loaded baked potato was not loaded at all. I had maybe 4 bits of lobster it looked like 1 shrimp cut into 4 pieces and it was salty. The New England clam chowder was bland

Great good, as always. I'm not sure how long ago the decision was made since I don't get here often, but I was sad to hear that the lobster bisque is no longer on the menu. A bowl of that with some of the fresh, warm biscuits to do in it was a perfect treat. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

This Redlobster, is the smallest, Redlobster, I ever went to. Just a heads up, it's not that many staff members. But they are friendly and they take your order right away. Now the waiting time is what they need to work on, it takes way too long to receive your order.Parking: The location is in a huge shopping area, pushed to the side but you can't miss it. Its located right across from Wendy's .Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair or have someone in a wheelchair, you will have no problems entering.

Take out was terrible. Ordered food to be ready at 5:50. I waited until 6:05 to get the order. The restaurant was NOT busy.

Went here because my girlfriend wanted the biscuits. I got fish and chips and she got chicken and fries. It took over an hour to get our food and my fish and chips was so hard and chewy I had to cut it with a steak knife. It had to be the worst fish and chips I ever had. My daughter ate some of the food and and said at least it's better than school food. She's 5 years old. I've also never seen such a small portion of food for $20. I'll never be back again. We had to go somewhere else for food since we left hungry.

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in over ten years. Decided to stop by with some family for lunch. Never going back lol. Shrimp was super salty, rice was salty and tasted like soap, and even the drinks were bad. Either the water is bad or they don't clean the soda fountains. Our server was fine but she clearly doesn't like her job and didn't want to be there. Complete waste of money.

It started when walking in the door. The person that seats you didn't have any idea what he he was doing. The place was fairly empty and it took him atleast 15 mins before he decided where I was going to be seated. I was seated and finally the general manager must have noticed I was not getting any service so he took my order. I ordered a steak medium well done. The steak was well done, dry and barely able to cut it or chew it. I brought 3/4 of the steak home for my dog. I ordered ice-cream for dessert. The ice-cream had crystals in it like it was thawed and refrozen. The general manager did take money off my bill but that doesn't excuse the bad service. I saw the waitress when I was ready to pay my bill. I think she was expecting a tip, wrong. It was a bad experience.

Got Lobster duo, both lobster were overcooked, Cole slaw sucked, only good thing was rolls. I came here only because my friend wanted to and I had a gift certificate so fortunately I didn’t have to pay for this meal. NEVER AGAIN!

Waited 54 mins for the endless shrimp to arrive at the table and left. 6 rolls and 1 soda in 54 mins. Not acceptable. Won’t be going back unless it’s free or a heavy discount.
