Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I love the store and the assortment of ices and custard. The workers are super nice they get a tip from me everytime. They deserve it the only problem is if it closes earlier than the website says please change it on the website. I checked the hours rode all the way there and it was closed an hour early. Super disappointed but other than that 5 stars

A little expensive, but definitely worth it on a hot day

Under new management as of April 2025 and the new owners are super nice!!! They actually show up to the window, offer lots of samples, and I feel much more warm here than other locations. We love this location!

Kendyln was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They didn’t have what my boyfriend and I were craving and she offered to make it since they were a little slower! It literally made my day and THE BEST customer service coming from a bartender in the restaurant industry for over 15 years! I’m from jersey and was only here because of horseback riding nearby and would recommend this place just due to her customer service, give this caring compassionate soul a raise! ?

Rita's is an all-time favorite ice cream place of mine. As someone from the south, nowhere near a Rita's, I always come here when I visit family up here.Most recently I got a concrete with cake batter custard, cookie dough, and hot fudge, and it was great. The custard is very soft here, so no matter what it's going to be good.

I had the Wild Black Cherry Water Ice which is my favorite flavor. It is full of cherry chunks throughout. I asked for my rewards but they did not show up on my app which was disappointing. My companion had custard which she said was very good.
