My husband and I were staying at a hotel within walking distance, so we ordered takeout from this place. With tip, our order was over $75. We got extra food so we could have leftovers the next day. When we arrived to pick up our order, the place was empty except for two kitchen staff who were eating in the dining area while on their phones and one female server. When I asked for a few paper plates with our order, the female server went back to the kitchen. A bald male came out of the kitchen, who I would assume is the manager, and told me that I could use the take out lids as plates. I explained that we were staying in the hotel and needed plates, and he asked how many. I specifically asked for six plates, which he provided to me without another word. He would not give us extra utensils, stating all our sauces and utensils were in our takeout bag. I found the overall experience to be very unprofessional and the bald man quite rude. I'm glad we ordered takeout and did not dine in. The food overall was decent, not great. This business does not want or deserve your hard- earned money.

Food is overpriced and not as good as it used to be. Last time I ordered I ordered 2 avacado rolls, but got 2 cucumber rolls. Which tasted fine, but I'd prefer to get what I order especially since I have a mild fish allergy.
The time before that everything tasted bland, and all 5 people I was with agreed.
Service staff is nice and food is prepped quickly. Other than that I cannot rate higher with the prices being higher than competitors, but with worse food.

This place has absolutely the best sushi rolls you can find in the whole area. Try the monster roll, OMG! Japanese options are amazing and well done by the chefs at the Sushi bar. My only constructive criticism is the sashimi could be sliced thinner with more pieces, they're a little thick for my tastes. The Chinese selections are also very tasty, they make great noodle dishes and soups.

Unbelievably rude and the amount of unprofessionalism from the manager here is insane. Wife and I ordered rolls on the 8th of September. We live less than 5 mins away from this location. We get home and go to eat the always great food, but noticed the rolls were falling apart and 2 of the 4 rolls were not right. Wife called an hr before they closed, they kept her on hold til they were closing. So they finally answered and told her to bring the rolls in today 9/9. So she popped them in the fridge like they said to. She gets there today and shows the manager. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional, condescending and very rude to my wife, she just came home and told me about her experience. We will never be going back there. Sorry to the cooks, y'all are great at what y'all do and we have been going there for a VERY long time but this new manager just ruined that. I strongly recommend looking into change in management.
Tonight's meal was very disappointing and not the quality I am used to from Sakura. The jumbo shrimp teriyaki was bland and over cooked and smothered in sesame seeds. The broccoli was cold. The only positive to the dish was the white rice. The chicken fried rice was swimming in soy sauce and contained nothing but chicken, rice and soy sauce. There were no carrots, no onions, no scallions, no peas. The edamame and fortune cookie was good.

We’ve been going here for 7 years and sadly tonight is our last night. The quality of the sushi has significantly decreased. We’ve now had multiple orders that have fish that doesn’t taste fresh (the tuna especially) and hard, rubbery avocado. I can’t stress enough how bad the quality has dropped.
