How does a place that serves lunch/dinner food close at 6:45pm, especially when the rest of the stores and restaurants are open until 8? The salads are overpriced and now they close before dinner ends. Guessing they won’t stay around much longer.

Dressing was clearly bad, wouldn’t give a refund even tho I only ate one bite. Management and the workers were rude. Lettuce was bad tasteless. They clearly don’t care at this location. Ask for a tip when they did not even say hello just straight to upselling.

You know I’m not a man to do reviews, but that was one of if not the worse salad I have ever had. The serving size was awful compared to the Saladworks in Broomall, Pa. Even the lemonade I got was pitiful, and its lemonade for god sake.

I don't like to give negative reviews but this one felt neccessary. Unfortunately, none of the food I purchased was good. I didn't finish any of it. My salad tasted like the pre-packaged bagged salads from Wal-Mart. There was more red onion and cheese than chicken. Tortilla strips were soggy and lettuce tasted just so gross. My brownie was good flavor wise but weirdly chewy and almost raw. I am sure this place could have potential but very poor food, I don't recommend.

The salads have all the ingredients but some ingredients like roasted peppers and chicken are precooked and do not taste good in the salad. The dressing is not great either. The combination just did not feel good for both items we ordered. The bread was the highlight.I'll skip this place next time.
Ridiculously overpriced, when I asked for an extra dressing for my Large 17.50 salad he said that will be an extra dollar. I was like really...I'm already paying almost 20 dollars for a salad, and you can't give me a tiny extra dressing cup? It's the principal, not that it's an extra dollar. You gain customers by being generous with small things. I shoulda left that salad right there after he made it and said, never mind you can't give me more dressing, I don't want the salad! Never going back.

If you're already in the Outlets and want something not terrible for you (but equally as disappointing) I guess this place could be an option. Mostly lettuce and they don't mix the ingredients for your wrap in a bowl prior to wrapping it like any other Saladworks I've ever been too. Wrap was also stale but won't hold that against them. Would go somewhere else next time.

Disappointed. my family and I were looking for food and wanted something healthy, so we ordered here a classic Greek salad and a mediterranean grill chicken salad. We asked if there was no lettuce on the romaine and the worker said no. As soon as we received the lettuce we were disappointed as the worker lied and later said it was mixed with lettuce, also the salad looked nothing like the pictures and it looked and tasted more like the school salad and boy is it gross. To make matters worse we paid 22 dollars for those two abominations. Truly if I could rate this 0 stars I would. Please beware.
