The absolute worst Saladworks location I’ve ever been to. Stale ingredients, and soggy salads, consistently. They should close this location.

I guess they’re rationing the actual salad part of the salad. Never had such a light salad from here. I can usually get a couple meals out of their salads. I’m going to be stuck with a bunch of onions and chicken at the end. I did create your own salad. $13.24 by the way. The woman working didn’t speak great English so I had to repeat everything like three times. She was nice though.

Overpriced especially for the horrible serving sizes. A $12.5 salad only comes with 5 toppings, each only a spoonful (including protein). In the chipotle chicken panini melt there was not even a dash of seasoning on the chicken and the bread was not even grilled properl!

How does a place that serves lunch/dinner food close at 6:45pm, especially when the rest of the stores and restaurants are open until 8? The salads are overpriced and now they close before dinner ends. Guessing they won’t stay around much longer.

Dressing was clearly bad, wouldn’t give a refund even tho I only ate one bite. Management and the workers were rude. Lettuce was bad tasteless. They clearly don’t care at this location. Ask for a tip when they did not even say hello just straight to upselling.

You know I’m not a man to do reviews, but that was one of if not the worse salad I have ever had. The serving size was awful compared to the Saladworks in Broomall, Pa. Even the lemonade I got was pitiful, and its lemonade for god sake.

I don't like to give negative reviews but this one felt neccessary. Unfortunately, none of the food I purchased was good. I didn't finish any of it. My salad tasted like the pre-packaged bagged salads from Wal-Mart. There was more red onion and cheese than chicken. Tortilla strips were soggy and lettuce tasted just so gross. My brownie was good flavor wise but weirdly chewy and almost raw. I am sure this place could have potential but very poor food, I don't recommend.

Ridiculously overpriced, when I asked for an extra dressing for my Large 17.50 salad he said that will be an extra dollar. I was like really...I'm already paying almost 20 dollars for a salad, and you can't give me a tiny extra dressing cup? It's the principal, not that it's an extra dollar. You gain customers by being generous with small things. I shoulda left that salad right there after he made it and said, never mind you can't give me more dressing, I don't want the salad! Never going back.
