Francesco’s Grill & Jerry’s Chicken

Tonight ordered a ham and cheese hoagie and strawberry swirl cheesecake. Took two bits of the hoagie it was dry no mayo vinegar or pickles then to top it off the ham was spoiled. Didn’t get the strawberry swirl end up sending me Carmel mascarpone cheesecake I’m allergic to caramel. So I called the slice app i order from they said they you would only give me a $10 off coupon im in my bed sick because of your hoagie and thank god I didn’t eat the cheesecake. So then I called you and you stated you would reach out to slice to tell them to give me a refund now slice is tell me you said you never talked to. Funny I called at 7:31pm was telling the lady on the phone and the she put me on hold for 5 mins came back and said the manager would tell slice to do the refund. So now I’m never coming back to you business. After spend over $90 plus dollars all I was asking for you to do the right thing for the hoagie and cheesecake but you decided not to so that’s why you got this review. People work hard for their money and after work 32 hours come Friday night you don’t went to cook cause you have to be back at work at 6am tomorrow morning sad thing is now I don’t know if I’ll make it to work since I been in the bathroom 4x’s already stomach is all messed up.

The worst Stromboli I have ever tasted. Tough dough, odd tasting ham and bland cheese. I threw it in the trash.

We tried tonight and everything was so good!! That baked potato was the best I had. Everything was fresh service was 10/10 .. we will most defiantly be back

Pizza was fabulous!! Was so happy to see Lucia and Jerry's Chicken combined with Francescos!! Such a family vibe, great food,great,ppl great service!!

My chicken was still raw and when it was brought to the restaurants attention their solution was for me to order another set of wings but only pay 50%. I couldn't eat the wings I paid for so why would I pay for more. Beyond upset as I know Jerry's chicken is amazing chicken. Not sure what happened but I will not return

I thought the pizza was great. They have a Wednesday $10 cheese pizza special that's unique and awesome. Can't wait to try some of their great sounding cheese steaks like the Pizza roll steak, the Garlic bread steak and the brisket steak. Yum

Under new ownership and of Summer 24 and it shows! Lots of menu options, daily specials. The brisket is awesome, as is the pulled pork. Building is showing its age but you're here for the food, right? Right!

Ordered a 9 piece bucket. It was so bad, chicken looked like it was refried. Chicken was greasy, hard and dry. Not Jerry’s chicken.
