I was here with my mom and brother the other night. We were hungry, and in the mood for mall pizza. With this place being our only option, we decided to give it a shot. First off, The guy working there was very softspoken, which I understand (I'm not the most social guy either, but I use the "Customer Service voice" when I need to). The gentleman had absolutely zero customer service voice, which was frustrating to say "Sorry?" Or "Come again?" literally after every sentence. My goal was to order three things. Simple right? A stromboli thing with breadsticks, baked ziti and breadsticks, and a Ceasar salad.First up is the calzone/stromboli thing with breadsticks. After carelessly slapping them in the oven, he immediately goes to the register to give me my total. Fair enough, I never told him I'm getting for three people (my brother is standing right there with me, but oh well). I said, "Ah I actually have two more to go." Not a word spoken, and he shuffles back to the counter to stare blankly at me. My brother orders his baked ziti and breadstick. Then after another bout of throwing stuff in the oven and haphazardly sloshing ziti in a tin dish, this man goes to the register again to give me my total. At this point, I just said "And a Ceasar salad please." He pulled out our food from the oven, tossed it up to the counter, and then proceeded to gather the most dried-out looking collection of lettuce leaves I've ever seen that were completely snowed in with parmesan cheese. Finally paid for all three things, went to the table with mom and started to eat.Quick rundown of the food: the breadsticks are fat, butterless things with a pinch of old dollar store seasoning. My stromboli/calzone thing was burnt everywhere, not even the center was left gooey. The only way to eat it was to pick it up and hope my teeth didn't snap when I bit it. Reports on the baked ziti: was only hot in random places while the rest was either undone, or just cold. Ceasar salad was quoted, "not the best". We carried on to Auntie Anne's for something that wasn't horrible to eat.If you're hankering for Italian food in the Outlets, simply wait and go support the far more worthy places around town on your way home. Poor service, terrible food, and I will probably never eat here again.

Remember to buy a whole pizza. Because they will sell the pizza for someone buying a whole not a sliced. Regardless of how early you come.

Ordered a whole pizza thinking I would get something fresh and this guy pulls out an old crusty looking premade from UNDER THE COUNTER and puts it in the oven. Not even a display pizza. I ask how old that is and he said 30 minutes. What a LIE. The whole thing was dried out already before he even put it in the oven. I should’ve left but I still paid for it ?‍♂️ will never make that mistake again. Until they change management and do a complete overhaul of this place, I recommend avoiding at all costs. The guy working here hates it. Some of the other staff have been pleasant but the food practices here to save every penny over quality are horrible. They aren’t even that cheap to justify what they’re doing.

Heard good about SBARRO but i experienced worst. Not good service. I ordered Stromboli he burned it, he replaced but it was uncooked. Plz don't spoil the brand with this kind of service.

I had a horrible experience ordering at this restaurant. I had already told the person taking my order what I wanted and he told me to wait and so I did. After that, his friend came over to the counter and he greeted his friend and took his friend’s order before mine, the friend also got his food before I did. Not only that, but when he started to take my order again he was rushing me to pick what I wanted, when there was literally no other customer there except for me and my family so there was no need for any rush at all. Along with the rushing he started throwing the food on the plate and it was very messy. I asked for a salad and he threw the salad on the plate right next to the spaghetti with chicken parmigiana. He also put salad on top of my spaghetti? That’s so wrong because you’re not supposed to mix the flavors of a salad with tomato sauce and chicken. The plate literally looked like a plate of trash and it wasn’t worth what I paid. I’m never coming here again and I’m telling everyone that I know not to come here again. The person serving me also talked to me with an attitude and if I’m supposed to be a customer, you’re supposed to treat me with respect. Nobody should come here. If you want to go to a Sbarro, go to another location. I don’t recommend this place at all and they need to learn respect for their customers.

Very bad experience

Super fat pig

I don’t even know where to start. It’s that bad. So the guy who was doin the pizza stuff was reheating the slices, and then after like 2 mins, he said something weird, tbh idek what he said, I couldn’t even make out a single word he said, and he said it twice! But, I have come to my conclusions that he must have said “do you want extra grease?” Me oh my, the pizza I had was soaked in grease!!! I put a napkin over a slice, and the whole thing absorbed it right away, then I repeated doing that like 2 more times, and omg, it couldn’t stop leaking the grease. This pizza should be sold in stores, but not to eat, to use as a sponge cuz obviously it can hold a lot of grease, so itd probably hold a lot of cleaning stuff. To top it off, there was a blackish gray hair on one of the slices!!! EEW!!!!! It confused me tho cuz the guy who gave the pizza, who looked like he was named Bill, didn’t even have hair! He was bald!! Totally disgusting place, never eating here again, should have went with Wendy’s to eat. I think I need my stomach pumped ?
