Cheesesteak, garlic parm wings, and mac and cheese were all great.
I decided to try the curry bowl. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place and can't wait to Try more items from the menu.

I have been meaning to try Seed & Soil and finally had time to stop by today. I had the Mac N Cheese which was heavenly. Can't wait to go back.
I stopped in today for lunch and their beyond burger and fries were so good! The staff running the stand are the nicest people too. Highly recommend Seed and Soil if you’re looking for a healthy lunch with a ton of flavor!!

great owner and great food. had the beyond burger and fries. both were amazing. can't wait to try the rest of their menu! the owner was kind and personable and took a few minutes to chat which is always nice to find. great local businesses here...give them a try!
