Time and time again, amazing original menu selections coupled with prompt and courteous service all around. A destination, truly. The Cafe Cristo Royale is out of this world. Thank you, all!

been here a few times the food is always delicious. However, the last time I was there recently, I got the egg and potatoes skillet and inside the scrambled eggs I found a dark hair cooked in, not a huge deal , told the server , I said no worries I'll just take another one. They apologized but the meal wasn't comped which I would have expected having worked in the food business for a lot of years. I NEVER go looking for free meals , however, a comped meal would have made the hair situation a little better. unsure if I'll go back.

Great place to grab breakfast or lunch. Fast service and great food. Didn't feel crowded which is always a plus.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of low tables and highchairs

Worth the 45 minute drive. The homemade zucchini bread is so good! We loved our entire meal. Great coffee, cinnamon apple oatmeal pancakes, homemade biscuits and potatoes. Great service. Cute decor.

Eggs were greasy and the “home fries” were undercooked. When I asked the waitress that I wanted them well done, she responded that they have been making them this way for over 20 years. I told her just because they have been making them the same way for 20 years, doesn’t make them taste better. Time for a change. The only positive was the zucchini bread.

Avoid dining in if you have a group of people. I attended a late breakfast on 12/29 around 10-11am and waited literally over an hour to be seated. Our party was 3 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers. When we first walked in, we were told 25 minutes, which we were ok with. No one came up to my family and I advising of a longer wait time or to provide any sort of update at all. We had to do all the checking in. We tried to make reservations in advance, but was told they were only taking walk ins. How do you not allow reservations but allow customers to wait so long? Just when we decided to leave out of frustration, our table was coincidentally ready. The food was not impressive, especially the hair my niece pulled out from her sandwich towards the end of her meal. I totally wish I would have left when the opportunity first presented itself with that extremely long and inconvenient wait time. I have gotten take out from here numerous times with rarely any issues and this was my first time dining in (and also last!).

My food was cold and wrong. The potato bomb comes HOT in a skillet. The fact that I can pick up the skillet and the cheese isn’t melted speaks for itself. I don’t think I want to come back to this place when something so simple can be easily screwed up. I am beyond disappointed.

I go out of my way to come here. Incredible food at reasonable prices and warm and friendly staff. I’ve been coming for years and most of the staff has stayed the same which I really like. It feels like every kind of person is welcome here. I often come by myself and I really enjoy it.

The wait time was HORRIBLE. We waited around 30 minutes to get seated and then another 30-45 to get our food It was pretty busy but still inconvenient. The server was very sweet, told us about the special, the different sauces, etc..

The food itself wasn’t life changing, but it wasn’t disappointing. The first couple of bites were amazing, but as you kept eating it didn’t taste like anything crazy. The buttermilk pancakes were pretty good, but definitely needed the additional maple syrup. The special of the day was very good, super stuffed on the inside which was a nice surprise. The So-Cal wrap was a little bit disappointing. However, the food did all taste very fresh, and the homemade hot sauce was delicious.

Overall, would come again to enjoy some brunch, but the food is not worth waiting for during peak time.
