The staff is nice there but I have never ever received a matcha latte that tastes good. That is my regular drink and this location cannot make them well 😔

I don’t post reviews. I didn’t have too much hope for a new Starbucks in the North Coventry area…The STAFF at this location is AMAZING! Efficient, kind, and just lovely! I refuse to visit any other Starbucks. My order is never incorrect and everyone is just so pleasant! I visit daily, sometimes twice, for my favorite coffee order-which they know by heart! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! It surely does not go unnoticed!

Simply the Best! Had a very welcoming experience through the door; they greeted right away. They’re super quick & efficient. I placed the order on my app; said 6-7min. wait time; as soon as I walked in, it was ready to go. To my Amazement they even wrote cute Messages on the cups to brighten our morning. Absolutely love it!
