Came here to get the hot honey chicken sandwich and the Steak nachos, the guy was very unprofessional, had me repeating my order more the three times asked for a cup for ice he made that an issue when I told him it doesn’t matter if I have to pay for it I just want a small cup for ice once I receive my order I didn’t check it I headed to my car once I arrived to my vehicle I realized my order was incorrect I walked back inside to inform him my order was wrong he proceeded to tell me he didn’t charge me for Steak regardless to if you charged me for it or not I wanted what I asked for and it doesn’t says it’s an additional fee for steak.. at first I just wanted him to add the steak once he gave me attitude I asked for a refund I was told that’s not possible then I said I want a refund for my whole order he asked why just let him fix it I told him I would like to speak to a manager he said he’s the manager and I demanded a refund again…. He was also making rude remarks about me to the guys that was next in line when they realized I was behind them again they stop laughing and smiling… I really feel like that’s discrimination because I was dealt with rudely and unprofessionally and he was more welcoming to his own kind.

Came in with girl friend to get something to eat and decided on the nachos, picture looked promising and seemed decent for $5. After getting the finished product about half full and no where close to as packed as picture. Younger Indian man served us and was very rushing too. Picture shows what he gave me as a finished product not after I ate some already.

The last time I was there the employee took a customer that had walked up after I started to place my order. I wanted the tuna sub and he thought aI wanted and proceeded to make an Italian sub. After Ai told him no on Italian and yes to tuna he threw all meats back and put tuna on the roll. Never again will I go to this Subway.

The employees are very polite and friendly. You don't think I've been going about twice a week to this location for the last 2 months. However I just moved from there so I may not be going there for a while. But they're quick friendly the food is delicious and the dining room is always very clean.

For one, the Auntie Anne pretzels were burnt.He put the sub together upside down so whatever fell into the other buckets was put right back on the sub.Not watching what he's doing, loaded my sub with pepper and vinegrette. I didn't get jalapenos, so my sub shouldn't have been that spicy. Every bite was dripping vinegrette.Not going there again.They either need better training, or need to be fired.
