I love to come here. Amazing food and great portion sizes. Definitely better than the one that opened in Wayne the portion sizes are smaller there. I’d go to the one in pottstown over the one in Wayne any day of the week. Beautiful establishment and atmosphere. The waiters and management are also very nice and welcoming.Parking: The parking is on the side of the building or you can possibly use street parking.

Do not go here if you have food allergies. We put my husband’s nut allergy in writing, we verbally notified the server. They served us complimentary dessert containing nuts. They did not apologize for this error and only wanted to point the finger at who made the error. I followed up via email with no reply nor concern.

2/17/24.Had dinner this past weekend with friends, and cannot say enough of how delicious every meal was.I had the Drunken noodles, which were so tasty and just enough spice to make me want more. Others had the Sea bass which was cooked to perfection. Another friend had the short ribs which just melted in your mouth. Everything was hot and beautifully presented.Service was perfect. The Blue Elephant is an elegant and airy atmosphere to enjoy a fabulous dinner or just drinks and delicious apps. Which we do often.Hats off to the Chefs and their team. Truly a treat for Pottstown. You will not be disappointed.

We're told there was a 45-minute wait. We waited our 45 minutes. We came in to check on a table since we had waited our given period of time. And we're told that we could be sat right away. I thought this was unusual because they had our phone number and had just text us that our table was almost ready but then we were sat. Server came over for every quickly and notice we did not have a drink menu. He offered to give us a drink menu and suggested an appetizer that he really liked which was the Kobe beef. Seemed like the service was going to be great. Until 15 minutes later he still had not arrived with the drink menu. He finally brought over the drink menu after about 20 minutes. He did apologize but then was looking for us to order an appetizer. Not traditionally how I would like to start my meal. At this point I was just turned off, especially after hearing so many good things. We ended up leaving. Server didn't even seem to care, didn't offer to get a manager. Poor first experience.

This place is just awesome. Well designed in an old bank. You can still see the large vault. Great food and drinks . Attention to detail which deserves recognition. Great Job well

One of our appetizers came out cold, but the staff handled it in not only a very professional manner, but were kind, gracious, and understanding about it. They were all very great and I really appreciate the added touch of some free champagne- very sweet! Will absolutely be going back to explore more of the large, enticing menu.

Ok I love blue elephant however the 3 star for food is strictly only about their brunch on Sundays. Food was barely warm and not the best quality for what you pay for. Specialty drinks are always good. Skip the brunch and go any other time, the food is the best around!

Not for people with allergies. A pasta with chicken dish was inedible. The chicken tasted like leather... obviously precooked and frozen for who knows for how long. No need to go back!Dietary restrictions: Stay away if you have allergies.

We love the Blue Elephant! The space is so beautiful and unique with the bank-turned-restaurant feel. There are fountains, beautiful plants, high ceilings, gold decor, etc. The food is phenomenal - we love the kobe beef hot rocks!! And of course the sushi. Drinks are so fun, too. The waitstaff are so kind and accommodating - you definitely have to check this place out!!

The Blue Elephant has perfectly prepared dishes! You can taste each flavor ...nothing is heavy or unbalanced. We all kept ordering more. We left earlier than we wanted without drinks or coffee because the restaurant was FREEZING. The bathroom was Artic. Why not encourage folks to stay by investing in heating? (The space is beautiful, but cavernous due to its high bank celings...room for an elephant truly! The tables in line with the front door were treated to shivery gusts as people walked in)
