Horrible customer service. Only one employee preparing walk-in and online orders. Waiting close to 30 minutes for one smoothie. Lack of preparation by management. Especially during the lunch rush hours. Inexcusable.

I visited a week after this place opened. Our go to are the smoothies & açaí bowls. My first engagement with the cashier was great - he appeared to be a manager. However it took a while for my order to get ready. I ordered a smoothie and a flatbread. Unfortunately had I not asked again if my order was ready, my items would have sat at that counter 😆 The food is good but the service and supervision leaves a lot to be desired. I now order online first so it’s a quick pick up.

This is the worst tropical smoothie on the planet. They don’t even know how to make smoothies. The girl just kept adding water because the blender kept stopping. And the smoothie was spilled all over the cup. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. She has not been trained. This is the third time I’ve been there and I have to throw away the smoothie because it is terrible.

Used expired cheese on my sisters meal….she heard them talking about how it was expired and they were going to use it anyway. Very poor service. I usually love these places, but this was so disappointing :(

Slow service…. No sense of urgency from staff. Very long wait time for a simple order.

I am SO HAPPY we finally got one closer to use than Oaks!!! Their avocolada smoothie is my absolute favorite. The staff is so nice and the owner is so sweet. Thank you for helping fuel my tropical smoothie addiction!

This was one of the worst experience I have had at a fast food pla e in a long time. Walked no one said a word, I had to say excuse me to get someone to look up. I never saw the one man changes his gloves after handing money. The girl in the back had he hair down very long not in a hat or hair net no gloves on touching food. They all look so miserable. I ordered my food and several people came in after me and ordered and received their fodd prior to me and i only ordered a flat bread sandwhich others ordered drinks and multiple sandwhichs and got theirs first. Got back to my office and opened the sandwhich the flatbread is hard not edible at all. Would not recommend this new location by Costco in Sanatoga PA.
