The burger, bun, and toppings were all really fresh. It's a shame that the owner/manager was trying to rush me through my choices and wouldn't answer a basic question like, is cheese counted as one of the four toppings? No one was waiting after me so there was no need for the rush.
Mine tasted like a mustard burger. You can not work in a burger place and expect repeat business and not know how overwhelmingly mustard will dominate the flavor. I have to think it was done intentionally.
After scraping off tablespoons of mustard the sandwich still had a dominant mustard flavor but was much better.
I will not be back at this location again.

The employee that ran the cash register that took your order did not speak clear English you could not understand. The food was extremely greasy. I got an order of bacon cheese fries, and when you look underneath the bacon cheese fries, it sits in a pool grease. The bourbon burger was not actually bourbon. Didn’t taste like it at all instead it’s a Dijon mustard with Just a drop of bourbon Add it to it and then I’m gonna ring on the bourbon. Burger was so chewy you couldn’t show it absolutely disgusting why disgrace will never go back here again when we complain about the food they just ignored us.

First time at a Wayback. It’s nice that it’s made fresh. I would say it was OK but nothing too exciting. Got a cheeseburger and fries and there wasn’t enough meat in proportion to the large Kaiser roll it’s served on. It also needed more seasoning, a little salt and pepper would go a long way on both. They have salt on the tables, but no pepper for some reason. The credit card machine isn’t working and they have to type in everything by hand, which seems inefficient. Service was all right, but the cashier was not particularly engaging or friendly especially when I had never been and wasn’t familiar with the menu choices. I tried it and I don’t think I’ll be back.

The food at Wayback Burger was good, but I had a concern about cleanliness. I ordered the Crispy Chicken BLT, and while the sandwich tasted great, the lettuce seemed dirty, which was disappointing.
I do like that they offer the option to order in person or through a kiosk, which is convenient. Overall, the experience was decent, but I hope they pay more attention to food preparation, especially washing the vegetables.

Food was mediocre, nothing to want to return for. Definitely overpriced and expect you to give them a tip when ringing you up. What? You own a food place. I'm not tipping for you to make my food. Then we get our tray and tables aren't clean. Dried ketchup and the other was sticky. Won't be back.

My first visit was very positive( and I can be particular😉)! The gentleman at the counter was friendly without being pushy. The restaurant was clean, ordering very easy and the food came fairly quickly. FF were hot and perfectly salted. The burger itself was very good. Not sire why reviews are so bad- I sure liked it better than any of the competing fast foods. I might add the burger is not greasy at all! I will return and try more things!

Closed 45 min early because they did not want to take anymore orders. Locked door on entering customers and told us to leave at 8:10 pm when closing at 9pm. Unprofessional.
Food is fine. But staff are rude. My wife came here with our one year old and asked for a cup for water after ordering lunch. She was told she needed to order food and couldn't have just water. She had just ordered at their kiosk.

It’s national cheeseburger day!!!! && I loveeee burgers. I placed an order via DD. I must say I am impressed. I got a double bacon cheeseburger, chilli cheese fries, and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was really good. I placed the order. It was prepared quickly. Dylan, The DD driver, picked it up immediately (he was already there waiting while they made it), and headed towards me. I’m about 10-15 mins from Wayback burger. My food arrived still hot, and my milkshake cold(not at all melted). They have a lot of options on their menu. Can’t wait to order again and try more. Here’s some photos. The chilli cheese fries smelled soooo good I ate a bunch before snappin the photo. 10/10 recommend.

I went in March of this year and got a hamburger. That was really good. I went back and got another hamburger and it was nasty ans gross. Will never gp back to this location.

I have been ordering here for a little over 3 years. It was all good until recently. I've had 3 orders in a row that was incorrect, and fries that weren't even close to full. New employees, new management? I'm not sure.

These people are greedy. Almost $28 for 2 burgers and 1 fountain soda! They also beg for a tip before you even get the food as if they're starving... I will not be getting anymore burgers here.
