Not only was everything cold, my baked potato got replaced with fries with out even telling my Dasher to let me know they didn’t have any so I can take it off my order. I already had fries which are cold so I had to throw them out. I just ended up throwing both of them out.

They simply can not read an online order. If a customer asks for no mayonnaise it means no mayonnaise not extra mayonnaise. The Wendy’s in Pottstown is probably the worst in the franchise and can never get our orders right. We usually will drive to Royersford, but thought we would give this one a chance again since it’s been awhile. Huge mistake, just don’t go here. Make the drive to another location.

Service was very slow. They seemed to be extremely short staffed. I felt really bad for the manager. It is hard to find dependable people these days.
Very nice employees. Fast and courteous. Just wish the had more in the menu.. like serving items from morning menu.
