My order was incorrect through the drive thru and the two women I dealt with to resolve this completely replaced my order and were exceptional. They went above and beyond to replace everything very quickly. They did a fantastic job. What you want and hope for regarding customer service

Last weekend my friend came down from NY and we went in to order our food. When we got back to my place. His chicken strips was very old looking like it got cooked a couple of times. He was very disappointed 😞 please do better asap.

The morning crew leaves a lot to be desired. I do enjoy the night crew. I’m pescatarian so I only come here if it’s a convenience. The options are fine but limited for me. My issue isn’t the food, it tasted great. It’s the service. Having seven people behind that counter prioritizing only two cars in the drive thru lane is ridiculous. One of the employees admitted they were slow that morning. I shouldn’t have three didn’t employees have to attend to me. It was a cycle...
