There never seems to be enough associates working at night. Every time I go at night I have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for cheeseburgers.

You cats are garbage I was missing over 35% of my order then a good percentage of what they did bring was wrong and on top of that it was old and cold I have pictures and video but I don't see where it's going to let me put it on here

Parking: It's in the mountains so parking lot is slanted so if you use a wheelchair be careful if you park and go inside.

My husband and I stopped in about 9:00am Jan 23. We decided to sit in and eat since I had to take my morning medication. Yes, the temps were in the single digits that day. But, we never had to sit and eat with my coats and hats on. Our food got cold quick. The building was very cold. That building must need some major updates. Maybe get rid of the big windows in front and close it off with regular windows. There were two other customers in eating, they too were eating with their coats and hats on. The hottest thing we had was my husbandâs coffee. As far as service, my husband was never asked if he wanted creamer for his coffee. There none put in the bag. He had to go up twice. First time there was nobody there at the counter to ask. He went up again and he had to call for someone that was in the kitchen.

Dietary restrictions: The whopper burrito is low on calories because I didn't eat it. I slung it at my neighbors front of their house. Hitting it a precise angle leads to maximum coverage of lettuce tomato pickles and ketchup. Don't know where the burger ended up.

Got yelled at because they didnât ask if I wanted sauce for nuggets .. itâs ur job to ask me what I want .. ur attitude as a manager is terrible and u should not be working with people
Food is usually good. Service is usually good. Workers are always nice. Until today. I always order the same thing on my way to work. They always forget my sauce. Yesterday I decided to call and mention it to them. Today my fries were half cooked, coated with salt. Mayo slopped all over my burger, bacon under cooked, & they didnât give me an item. Guess itâs time for a new place.

We came inside at 8:20 pm with a large order totaling $90 for multiple people to go. The entire team was fantastic. Mercedes took our order and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience ordering so many items and asking for special instructions. The whole team worked quickly and efficiently to make our food. We never checked our order when we left and I told her I didnât need a receipt. When we got back to our friends and realized we were missing two items I called and Cody answered. He was very kind and professional on the phone. When I said I wasnât far away and would come back to grab our items he offered to make them fresh and they did when I got there, which wasnât necessary but was greatly appreciated. They were all very friendly and again never made me feel like it wasnât an inconvenience. We donât do quick food like this often. This store has a great team and will definitely be getting our business again when in the area.
