I was in to pick up my sons ice cream cake for his birthday on May 2, 2022 at 4:54 PM. There were 5 younger girls working. They ALL went back to get my cake. When they brought it out, Gwen rang me up. I said thank you to them 3 different times and not one of them responded back to me. Didn’t even thank me for my purchase. Not a “have a good day” or anything. I hope the manager tells these young women the importance of manners and how they affect a customer returning....read full review
