The staff here isn’t to blame but management is horrible. Line of cars wrapped around the building. I waited in line for about ten minutes before giving up and leaving. No idea why it was so insane. It was around 3PM so wasn’t even a food rush.

5 times they gavethe wrong tea,,, reg instead of decaf. If I want my. Tea I must go back every time from outside of Cressona..5 times!!!

For the past two days, I’ve been getting hot tea with milk and sugar. Two days in a row there has been no milk or sugar! I’m absolutely tired of waiting 15 minutes for a drink that isn’t even made correctly!

Their donuts are awful! They are dry, tasteless, and overpriced. We go to Plain and Fancy Donuts or Dutch Maid Bakery. Dunkin Donuts uses cheap ingredients and they are specifically designed NOT to stay fresh.
The staff are great. The prices have gotten to be really pricey lately as with everything else. The long lines do go pretty quick. The app is not very friendly and I don't like to use kiosk. The food and coffee is always good though.

Always great service. A little slower during busy times, but usually never more than a 5-7 minute wait through the drive-thru. Parking on a Friday and Saturday night can be a bit rough due to Vito's and the hibachi place.
Parking: Friday and Saturdays, early evening to close can be a bit tight.
