If I wanted to make a bagel, I would’ve stayed home. Since when does Dunkin not apply the cream cheese to the bagel at the drive-through? Are they gonna start giving us the cream for our coffee and making us pour that in too? Horrible

I love going to this specific Dunkin, my order is always correct, never have to wait long in line, and the drive thru people at the windows are always so friendly!! Great job to Westwood Dunkin!

The manager, Chris decided to yell at me in front of 10 other people in the lobby. He also told me I wasn't a customer, while I was drinking a coffee that I had just bought from this store, a few minutes ago. He told his staff to put doordash orders on hold, because of their business volume at the time. I'll never go back to this store again, what a shame, a valued customer of over 20 years, getting yelled at by who should've been the most calm person there, that's why Chris is labeled as the manager here, but apparently not today. I'll never return or offer any of my business to this store again, as long as he's still employed there.

Always a great stop for donuts. Always need help with the kiosk as it is not that people friendly for extra options. The drive thru has changed again and starts behind the stripmall. Really odd. Just park and go in.

This is a nice store with attentive staff. The food was served hot, and the drive-through location is convenient. The inside ambience is also very good.
They won’t make drink how u asked . Too hard to put a drizzle on cup .. any other Dunkin’ will . Very lazy and rude people .. will not return to this location

Tried urgent on the app kept getting error and it flashed so fast I don't know what it said so I went to the store. Huge line and only one kiosk to order from. Half the donuts were listed. Manager said tap surprise me button and you can close at the counter. There's no information explaining that. Then finally completed order and you can't pay with cash. Not everyone uses debit or credit cards. Then when I finally got to the counter the donuts I wanted were gone. So I had to take things I didn't want or go about getting a refund. So frustrating. What happened to the times you spoke and ordered from a human being, could explain what you wanted and used paper money. Plus you got to talk to someone and have pleasant conversation. There is no more socializing. No wonder people don't know how to talk to anyone anymore or value human life.
