Tried urgent on the app kept getting error and it flashed so fast I don't know what it said so I went to the store. Huge line and only one kiosk to order from. Half the donuts were listed. Manager said tap surprise me button and you can close at the counter. There's no information explaining that. Then finally completed order and you can't pay with cash. Not everyone uses debit or credit cards. Then when I finally got to the counter the donuts I wanted were gone. So I had to take things I didn't want or go about getting a refund. So frustrating. What happened to the times you spoke and ordered from a human being, could explain what you wanted and used paper money. Plus you got to talk to someone and have pleasant conversation. There is no more socializing. No wonder people don't know how to talk to anyone anymore or value human life.

I always order ahead on the app. Highly recommend using the app, each purchase goes towards free items for later!!! Makes things quick and easy. Coffee is always hot unless you get a cold one.

so unprepared, you walk into a donut shop and expect there to be donuts and they did not tell a singular customer, i had ordered my donut before i walked into the store, i see my order and go up to get it but just find an empty folded bag with nothing inside, they did not say anything to any customer asking if they would like a refund, they just handed out empty bags. Then when i asked for a refund their customer service was terrible, the lady that answered me gave me such an attitude and acted like it was a burden for me to ask for a refund although they couldn’t tell me they had nothing left. This store is completely unprofessional and unprepared and is never clean anytime i walk in. My advice is , go to a different dunkin since this dunkin can’t be prepared or have any nice customer service it does not deserve the business.

I order 3 drinks a 1/2 dozens donuts and 10 munchkin and they couldn't find my 2 drinks and 1 am waiting over 10 minutes and customers who came after me got their items
They never make anything you order right. The manger chris should be let go doesn't do anything to make a on going problem any better. At least 3 times a week you get home order wrong have drive all way back for it to be right. Never do they offer you anything for your inconveniences. Stay away from west wood the worst dunkin in the area.

Would not recommended unless desperate. Terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and we asked to put marshmallow cold foam on a frozen drink. They told me no. I have been to many other Dunkin’ Donuts that didn’t tell me I couldn’t. I asked why and the employee responded “anything else” trying to dismiss my question, so I replied I asked you a question and they stated we can’t put cold foam on a frozen coffee not fully answering my question.

I don't know what changed but for the last month, Pottsville dunkin has been tasting like Shamokin dunkin and it's disgusting. Please go back to the way it was.
