I had a order that took 2 hours and didn't taste good all around, but I always had good food from them and will be ordering again I understand it just was a bad day, they rectified the order by giving a refund back.
Size of large subs is huge. Good value. However, I was told it would take a half hour for my order to be ready. When I arrived 35 minutes later, they still hadn't started making the 2 cold subs we had ordered. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to be made. This was not the first time this has happened. I'd order from here more often if not for the slowness & no apology for the delay.
