This is one of the better KFC's around , only one complaint the hours of operation on Google are incorrect the lobby closes at 8pm not 9pm and drive-thru closed at 9pm not 10 pm during the week for sure , I'm not sure about the weekends though . An employee from this location told me that they have tried for about 3 yrs to update on Google but Google has not done it for whatever reason , I just found all this out the hard way . I drive 45 minutes to come the Pottsville location because the food is about as good as it gets for KFC . I will come back

Why did you guys deny me a refund when I found multiple hairs in my food and my food wasn't even cooked all the way. It's your fault that I couldn't eat my food. Maybe you guys should watch where your hair is going. It's gross. And I think I should be able to get a full refund.

I been looking at these reviews and cannot believe this is the same place that I was at in Pottsville Pa. I went thru the drive thru. Got a 12 piece with mashed potatoes and 2 coleslaw. The chicken was dry, the cuts were not like other KFC.. it was horrible, even my dogs would not eat the debone chicken. Very disappointed because I travel all over America, and even to Africa having KFC.. and never been this dry and uneatable before

Food was cold service was lousy boss didn't care if my food was cold all I got was a sorry about it mashed potatoes u can spackle the walls were dry and didn't get much in bowl one girl was very rude when I complained to here food was horrible I threw my mash potatoes bowl out couldn't eat it don't go there if you want lousy food and service and Manger didn't care. Aintbthe first time I got bad food but it will be the last time .

The staff keeps forgetting to put sauce and butter in the bags. It’s common sense to put butter in the bag when everyone orders the biscuits. And sauce because they order the chicken. They tried to charge me extra for sauce that should have come with the meal.
since WHEN are your BASIC chicken tender SO SPICY I had heartburn after the first bite????? So much pepper on them they may as well be called Cajun, jesus christ dude. Waste of my money, couldn't even eat the garbage
