gray haired manager needs training!

After pulling in and being the only customer in drive through I start my order. 5 mcchickens WITH CHEESE . Then she stops talking and does not respond. More cars pull in (3-4 to be exact) to the lane beside me. She takes their orders and then decide to take my order. I had to repeat my request for 5 mcchickens WITH CHEESE 4 times after she serviced each car that arrived after me. Then I’m told you don’t have shakes when I try to order one. I add an iced coffee (also had to repeat this multiple times due to a lack of paying attention). I pull to the window and am given my drink and told to pull up. I then watch them serve multiple cars that parked after me, some of which had SHAKES, interesting since I was told they weren’t available. I watch them bring bags in and out multiple times because of having the wrong orders before coming to my window and trying to give me the wrong order. I ask for the straw I never got. They bring back cold mcchickens with NO cheese and no straw. Then I ask for my food to be made right and they are brought back cold but at least with cheese. I was never rude just tried to get the things I paid for and ordered. They were rude and acted like the food was made right when I paid for cheese to be added because I am aware or the menu. I was respectful the entire time and received nothing but disrespect and just laziness. I watched them mess up everyone’s order over and over and just be rude as if we are the ones running the store this poorly. 30 plus minutes for some of the worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve literally only ever written one other review but this was just ridiculous. Young employees or not the manager needs to be running that place much better. Welcometotheskook

Waited 36 minutes for nuggets and Big Mac just for them to give it to the wrong person and have to remake the order. All they had to say was “sorry we’re trying”.

French fries were Way overly salted and the chicken nuggets You could tell we're old and we're sitting awhile.I just had that old taste to them. The only thing this McDonald's can screw up is their soda but give them time.

the manager Holly is AMAZING!!! she remembers my orders, shes bubbly and sooooo sweet. she is the reason i keep coming back. she works hard to correct issue's and you can tell she takes pride in her position. if she ever owned her own franchise i fear it would others to shame! shes the embodiment if what a true leader and manager is. great job and i hope you move up and become a store manager or something you deserve it!

I don’t typically post for fast food restaurants, but I NEEDED to say that the service I received in the drive thru today was some of the best I’ve ever had from a fast food place. The workers I encountered were sweet, friendly, and just amazing. Thank you!

The last persons last review was absolutely dead on correct. Went through the same thing this morning after ordering on the mobile app. Was going to just call corporate but decided the review was the best way to address this issue. When it comes to the lesbians and gays at that location they definitely discriminate against customers not in there fantasy world. McDonald's should have rules on how they treat customers and push there homosexual beliefs on customers. It's sad they won't hire a straight person at this location. I can verify that because 3 educated college students I know applied and was denied because they did not have homosexual beliefs. That's going to stop very shortly. All customers should file a class action suit based on discrimination.
