Never wrote a bad review before until this one!! 50 years in Customer Service and I would NEVER not make something right for a customer!!! Ordered food. Dominos called said they couldn't find my house...45 mins later and that they were back at location (why not call when your close is beyond me). Then I go outside to wait FOR 15 MINS and Dominos pulls up AND DOESNT HAVE ORDER!? I call them back and girl answers and said he forgot food (while all I hear in the back is cursing!!)...read full review
I didn't think it was possible for a national chain like this to provide such low quality. You'd think they'd have some kind of standard. But the wings were absolutely inedible. The pizza was undercooked even though I specified for it to be well done in the instructions.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! The customer service was unexceptionable. I called them because The Domino's app said the driver was at my home, but they were not So I called the Dominos directly to see what had happened to my order and they were very disrespectful. They had an Attitude and they had hung up on me! Over all the food was ok.
