DISSAPOINTMENT! Great promotion on $2 pan pizza's on a Tuesday, HOWEVER... this store was not prepared for this deal. I placed order #71493178 at 3:21pm on July 15th, 2025 to be ready for 5pm. Upon arriving the parking lot and drive through was crazy backed up and only got worse. After waiting 25 minutes in line for the drive through, they proceeded to tell me my order wasn't ready. I stated I placed this order to be ready for 5pm. The lady at the window stated they ran out of personal pan pizza pans (this has happened to me before where I ordered medium round pizzas and got the square pizzas instead). I was told to wait in a parking spot until I was alerted my order was ready. At about 5:40pm I went inside and got my order. I brought this order to my car and opened up the one box and they gave me 4 quarter slices of what seemed to be a medium or large pizza. If I wanted a large pizza, I would of ordered that! Please honor your promotions in the future Pizza Hut of Pottsville!

Worst pizza ever! I usually get Pizza at my local Pizza Hut and love the nice hand tossed crust, plenty of tomato sauce and gooey cheese. It is always delicious. This place decided that thin crust is what I ordered. Never have I ever ordered a thin crust Pizza. Hardly any sauce, not enough cheese, and the pepperoni was burnt. Certainly not worth the $16 for a medium pie.(price on menu was $12.49, but pepperoni and sales tax made the difference) When I got back to the hotel, opened the box, I was shocked. Not the Pizza I am used to at all. It was like eating a cracker with pepperoni on it. My friend and I couldn't even eat or enjoy this mess. If they think Italian Pizza is supposed to be like this, they need lessons on how to prepare and cook America's favorite go to dinner. 1 star is too much for this joke of a Pizza Hut in Pottsville, PA

The staff for the most part is friendly but they burn food here , who is in charge of making the pizza because this makes no sense. Don't get me started on if you order a plain cheese , you'll most likely get charcoal

Everything is good Except staff or manager is parking there CAR on DRIVEWAY facing rt 61. driveway is 80% block going out from drive threw window. if you go more on right side there is a big pot hole. PARK YOU CAR IN PROPER PARKING LOT. NOT IN A DRIVEWAY.

Ordered a medium Pepperoni, italian sausage, and bacon pizza. Got a Pepperoni and green pepper. Called to get it fixed. Driver handed me a Pepperoni pizza. Nothing else on it. Sent that one back with him, shouldve kept the shit. 45 min later and no nee pizza. Called and was told to call tomorrow when "better people" are working to get credited for my order cuz they are doing terribly tonight.... When i ordered once last month my order was delivered with a whole pizza missing. Im beyond pissed. Terrible.
