Such a cute place! Found a cozy corner by the window and worked while enjoying coffee and crepes. It's a very welcoming, friendly, and casual environment. The staff are super sweet too!

My family and I stopped in here during a recent trip to Pottsville and had zero complaints! A great spot for locals or tourists full of books to explore for adults and children and of course, great coffee and food. I had a cold when I was there so I opted for a turmeric latte with oat milk instead of caffeine and it was spot on. I love when cafes have healthy alternatives to coffee. My family who had the coffee enjoyed it. My sandwich was delicious too and on a homemade sourdough english muffin! Homemade syrups are another plus. It was also vegan friendly! The staff was very kind as well and the atmosphere was cozy.

I stopped in to support local, but I have some notes.

The cold brew wasn't strong and had too much cream. It was overpriced at $5 plus tax plus credit card fee. This included 50 cents extra for a pump of flavor which I don't agree with making an upcharge because nearly everyone ordering an iced coffee beverage is going to flavor it.

I'm aware that many restaurants have resorted to passing on a 3% credit card transaction fee to their customers. I fully expected this, but I don't believe this should be on the customer to pay since credit cards make the payment process more efficient for both customer and employee. So when a business takes this stance, it rubs me the wrong way.

All in all -- the weak coffee, price point, and cc fee -- not for me.
