I'm not going to tell you what happen ; but I will tell you that I made a phone call to corporate and I was very pleased with the outcome of the phone call .When I spoke to the guest service manager which his name was Joe I hope I'm okay with telling his name he actually handled the problem with the utmost respect the utmost professionalism he listened to my story and totally apologize and totally fixed the problem very well pleased with the outcome of the phone call thank you Joe see you

I mean, it's a shadow of it's former glory. Miss the vibe. Miss the Tiffany lamps but meh. Food was ok. Ribs were good. RT has always had good ribs. I had a chicken parm sandwich. It was ok. The salad bar was in dissaray and probably hasn't been cleaned in 10y years. The beers were underpoured. The bathrooms were less than stellar. Our waitress was very nice.

Last time we were in here, service was really fast. This time? We got in before 4pm and didnt get out until 5:15. For 2 people. I was over it. Then we had a coupon for a free entree. Still $40. We got the burger, salmon and potato skins with 2 sodas. $40.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a diet coke and it was so flat. I waited 1 hour for my dinner of chicken tenders and fries. When I got my food, the chicken tenders were so small and half cooked. It's definitely not worth 15.00. I should have gotten the salad bar. I will never go back there agajn!!

The food was okay. Our waitress, Christin was not very pleasant when she was asked about a mistake that was made on her part. She then proceeded to go to another table and bad mouth us to other customers. Not very professional in my opinion. For that reason alone we will not return.

We ordered the rib/steak (med) combo and the hickory bourbon salmon. The steak was basically still mooing and look like something from the Redner’s pick 5 for 20 steaks reject pile. And the salmon was barely warm in the center, and somehow managed to be both ridiculously spicy and flavorless at the same time. Our server Chrissy on the other hand was a delight! We felt bad for her due to the cooks incompetence.

Loaded potato skins were loaded with barely anything. No plates for appetizer, no one to ask for plates bc no one came around. Waited for several minutes and got them ourselves from salad bar area. The 'medium-well' steak was barely warm and mostly rare with an area that didn't look cooked at all.

Take Out Order. Stuffed Shrimp (OK) Pick n Peel Shrimp (OK a little over priced) Steak (Asked for Well Done, had to cook more when I got it home was a little more than red) Cole Slaw was absolutely disgusting. Have no clue what you could have possibly done to make this Smell as bad as it did when we open the top, it was that horrible. I just can't imagine serving that to any customers that day and not getting any complaints. It has been a long time since we've been to Ruby Tuesdays because experienced bad food. So after this time and $80.00 wasted, we probably won't be back at all. It's a Shame. Years ago it was really good
