Went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner in July . I'm not going to tell you what happen ; but I will tell you that I made a phone call to corporate and I was very pleased with the outcome of the phone call .When I spoke to the guest service manager which his name was Joe I hope I'm okay with telling his name he actually handled the problem with the utmost respect the utmost professionalism he listened to my story and totally apologize and totally fixed the problem...

I mean, it's a shadow of it's former glory. Miss the vibe. Miss the Tiffany lamps but meh.
Food was ok. Ribs were good. RT has always had good ribs. I had a chicken parm sandwich. It was ok.
The salad bar was in dissaray and probably hasn't been cleaned in 10y years. The beers were underpoured. The bathrooms were less than stellar. Our waitress was very nice.

Last time we were in here, service was really fast. This time? We got in before 4pm and didnt get out until 5:15. For 2 people. I was over it. Then we had a coupon for a free entree. Still $40. We got the burger, salmon and potato skins with 2 sodas. $40.
