Going through the drive thru, I never have issues. The food is always good and fresh.
However we dined in and it took *40 minutes* for them to get to our order. Then, once it was made, they set it aside instead of giving it to us. Probably will not dine in here again. And they didn’t offer as much as an apology for it.

Absolutely disgusting. My kid picked wendys for her bday dinner since she is very picky. Service was slow. No napkins, no ketchup cups, place was dirty and gross. The soda machine looked like it hasn't been cleaned ever. Never again.
Though a little more expensive, the Krabby patty is delishous. They come in single, double, or triple. I get double. They come with fries, which I upgrade to cheese and baccon fries, They also come with a drink, pineapple frosty, I change mine to reg. chocolate at no extra charge ?.

This place is horrible. Do not go here. You will wait a very long time for food and the place is really dirty. The food will always be made wrong. Missing napkins, lids. Managers are rude. Staff are also not polite.
