No matter how early you order on the app, could be 20 minutes, could be over an hour, they are ALWAYS late with it. Every time I pull into the drive-thru for my food, I have to wait an extra 15 - 30 minutes, without fail. My order is usually correct, but if I'm ordering ahead of time, I expect it to be ready for me when I show up, not watching them *start* my order.

I have no clue who all worked august 3 at night. But the entire crew was so friendly and helpful. They helped me fix a mistake with my order. Apologized multiple times when my order took long. Treated me like a real person, and didn’t want me to just leave. They were so kind that as I was waiting for my food, I was debating making baked goods for them as a treat.

I Appreciate The Staff Here So Much. When My Order Was Heard Incorrectly In The Drive Thru... A Kind Gentleman Came And Fixed My Order With Ease. I Also Have To Give A Special Thanks To Ms. Maribel For Assuring My Order Was Correct. Even With The Mix Up With My Order This Was One Of The Best Experiences I've Had At Wendys Period. Ordered a Dave’s double with no ketchup and extra mayo. Got home to find no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles, no onions and no mayo on my sandwich. So I paid almost $9 for a double cheeseburger with no sauce. No one else was in the drive thru and no one was inside. I’m not sure why it was messed up.

The Frosty was very good and hit the spot. The recipe has changed and all the size has changed. I hadn't had a Frosty since the old yellow wax lined cups. They are clear plastic now. The size is much smaller than they used to be.
