“I ordered a 2 layered 1/2 sheet cake for my mother’s birthday party. Everyone raved about the cake and asked where we got it. When I said Pennie’s they said “That’s are favorite bakery in town”. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. Well worth the money. Thank you!”

“Large menu of coffees, teas, breakfast sandwiches, crepes, lunch sandwiches....a good variety to pick from. I had the nutella and berries crepe, which was very good & very filling. I Also had a chai latte, which was good. My friends got a turkey wrap and another got a different crepe. We all liked our choices. But the one friend asked for hot water AND was charged $3.75 for it!!!!! So fair warning, only get ice water (which is free) if wanting water. Atmosphere cute with rustic brick walls, but cold in the back dining area, never took my coat off. Serving staff very friendly.”

“i dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. every single time i have ordered or gone here the food and smoothies have been AMAZING. i have never gotten anything bad from here. my only complaint is the last time i went there i was waiting in line for a long time to order and the workers completely ignored my friend and i so we decided to order online instead and the second we got out of line they immediately took the person that was waiting behind us. i was pretty mad because we waited SO LONG and no one acknowledged us. other than that i love this place and i think about it every day. i wish it was closer to my house! and the prices are perfect!”

“Again I wasn't here at this restaurant but I know a friend of mine was. He said his entree was a lil fatty and the dessert she took home was sour and spoiled. Smelled horrible when pulled off lid. Not sure what he ordered but I'll ask them so I can tell my friends not to buy same dessert.”

“If you have never been to the Icebox Creamery in Zelienople, you are missing out. The ice cream is handmade with all natural ingredients. The flavors will change with some frequency but there are a handful of staples as well. Today my wife enjoyed a scoop of pumpkin pie paired with a scoop of blueberry cobbler and I had a scoop of peanut butter and a scoop of chocolate marshmallow. We both were very satisfied with our choices and had to leave before we ordered more. It’s that good. So if you are in the Zelie area, stop in the Icebox Creamery (cash only) and pamper your palate.”
