New London Pizza - Since 1974

Trips back to delco aren't the same anymore. Pizza no longer has that unique flavor. Something changed. Do better to save delco.

My family has ordered from New London since I was young and the delivery service has always been on point, 15-25 minute wait every time. In the past few months the service has started to slow down to 30 minute to an hour when they say over the phone it should take “20-25 minutes”. Not to mention when we ask (and pay) for extras we don’t get them, extra dressing for salads, extra cheese on cheesesteak etc.

First timer. Pizza was tasty. There was a good amount of cheese and sauce. I would order from here again. We ordered a plain cheese pizza. It was 14 inches

I’ve been eating at New London for over 15 years. I’ve never seen a place go so downhill, so fast. The prices are insane for the quality of food and the last three times in a row that I’ve ordered from there, my order has been wrong. I called AGAIN to complain tonight and this time was told they don’t even answer their own phone anymore. When you call and place an order, you’re not talking to someone at the restaurant, you’re talking to a call center that doesn’t know the menu and doesn’t put your order in right. That was their excuse. Absurd. They won’t get another cent of my money. It’s a shame.

I’ve never seen a business go downhill faster than New London. It’s a shame. I’ve been going there for over 15 years but the past three times in a row, it’s been overpriced, lower quality, and worst of all, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Different items, every time, still wrong. Never again.

Tried to place an order tonight and was informed that they no longer deliver to our town (Essington). When asked when the change happened the girl on the phone became rude. After years of ordering delivery from this location, I feel like it was as a reasonable question that did not warrant an attitude. Reading reviews from others, it’s obviously the costumer service here is lacking.

Please do not order here. I placed a order for a Caesar salad w/ cucumbers , olives, tomatoes, and boiled eggs. No croutons I was even charged extra for the boiled eggs under (ham). When my salad arrive it was a plain salad just lettuce and cheese no salad dressing was included either. Each time I called to speak to the manager they would hang up the phone. I spent 12 dollars on this salad but my total order was $63 including a tip. This place was so disappointing.

Unfortunately this was our go to, but the quality of food has gone down since the new owners took over. New employees who answer the phone hardly know what they are doing. Tonight’s disaster was a pizza with so much cheese you could choke on it and hardly any sauce. My husband found a hair in our onion ring container. Think we will be taking a step back. Do better!!!

Outstanding sub and pizza shop. Visiting from out of town. One of the guys was bringing up lemonade and I kid with him free lemonade and he said sure take one. They were very nice just a friendly place to have a delicious hoagie or pizza.

1st time ordering here- pizza not good- very middle school cafeteria like and bitter. You call that a large? Small and thin, barely any sauce. I will say Buffalo wings were cooked to perfection but the sauce was just plain hot sauce- I spent $75-

The buff chicken pizza is the best in delco.
