New London Pizza - Since 1974

Unfortunately this was our go to, but the quality of food has gone down since the new owners took over. New employees who answer the phone hardly know what they are doing. Tonight’s disaster was a pizza with so much cheese you could choke on it and hardly any sauce. My husband found a hair in our onion ring container. Think we will be taking a step back. Do better!!!

Outstanding sub and pizza shop. Visiting from out of town. One of the guys was bringing up lemonade and I kid with him free lemonade and he said sure take one. They were very nice just a friendly place to have a delicious hoagie or pizza.

1st time ordering here- pizza not good- very middle school cafeteria like and bitter. You call that a large? Small and thin, barely any sauce. I will say Buffalo wings were cooked to perfection but the sauce was just plain hot sauce- I spent $75-

Called to order a pizza gave the guy my card number and he is gonna tell me there is an error with the card,I put 1000 dollars a month on the card and never had a problem oh what new london pizza is the problem. We tried to order again tonight and same problem asked if I pick it up and the card works my pizza is free he said they can't give free pizza away they don't want to be proven wrong will be calling ICE

I came from Uber Eats to leave a review and unfortunately I am leaving a review to complain. I signed into my Google account to leave this review so I want you to understand that I do feel a way.

They have several buy one get one offers listed on Uber Eats. Buy two plain pizzas get one free, and buy a cheesesteak or a chicken cheesesteak platter (fries and soda included) get one free. This was the whole purpose for why I was willing to give this new place a shot as my family was split on pizza or cheesesteaks for dinner and here was the solution. When my driver arrived I was told that someone at the restaurant said it was only one cheesesteak platter and not two even though he showed the order and even the platter had issues as I asked for salt, pepper, ketchup and mayo on it, but I got steak and cheese.. that was all! The driver said they even took the extra soda (included in the platter) from him.

In the end I did put in a refund for the missing item with Uber but I wanted you to know that the main reason I took a chance ordering from your establishment was that you appeared to have a good deal at the moment and I would have supported today after this if it were a good experience. Unfortunately you guys fell short today. Please update your storefront on the Uber app to reflect the specials you actually offer.

I order from here all the time. It's one the best pizzas in Delco. However, tonight I ordered my standard large plain and it was bad. The whole pie was undercooked and there was something weird with the cheese. Even after I tried heating it in the over the cheese was gritty and nasty. Not sure what happened tonight, if they were in a hurry or what. Disappointing

Got spaghetti & meatballs last night-while the meatballs were decent enough, the sauce was very bland and didn't have hardly any flavor. Also thought that it was supposed to come with bread, and I didn't get it. Probably won't order pasta from here again.
